Unique Kutná Hora - Amazing trip. Unique places. The bone cathedral is really the best part of the tour. Really Recommended single day tour.

"Exploring the Bone Church and Beyond: A Fascinating Journey through Kutna Hora" - Kutna Hora is truly a fascinating and unique destination in the Czech Republic. One of the highlights of my visit was the bone church, also known as the Sedlec Ossuary. Walking into this small chapel filled with human bones and skulls may sound macabre, but it is actually quite awe-inspiring. The intricate bone decorations, including a chandelier made entirely of bones, are both eerie and beautiful. Aside from the bone church, Kutna Hora has much more to offer. The historic town center is charming, with its cobblestone streets and colorful buildings. The St. Barbara's Church is a stunning example of Gothic architecture, and the Italian Court, once a royal mint, provides a glimpse into the town's rich history. I highly recommend a visit to Kutna Hora for anyone interested in history, architecture, or just looking to experience something a little different. It is a truly memorable and unforgettable place.

The tour guide was unprofessional and the person who did the pickup was useless - It was interesting but the tour guide went nonstop in Spanish and English and half the time we could not understand her. The tour operator picked us up at 12noon with departure at 12.30pm. At 4.30pm we stopped at a pizza shop where we were expected to enter and buy food. At that time we were not in the mood to eat pizza so sat outside as sitting inside was taking seats for patrons. The tour guide was really only interested in the Spanish family. We all get old but she was beyond being a tour guide as she was not 100% on her feet up and down steps. We visited a church and I could see some interesting aspects that were being covered so I went off and later was chastised for deviating from the group even though I was still inside the church and only went around the corner and back before she had finished waffling on.

Pass by this company - Seems I will just be repeating things people have been mentioning for at least 2 years so why bother, as apparently the company doesn't really care. This includes rushing through the stops, no time for photos, not being told about what we see going through the city, guide rushing ahead, and I'm guessing we all stop at the same cafe for our 30 minutes. We were picked up at the hotel, which was great, but the driver complained the entire time about the company he works for and their poor management. I'd rather have learned about the sites we were passing. We got slowed by an accident enroute to Kutna Hora which resulted in us arriving about an hour late -- but not our fault. Don't cut out that hour on my time that I paid for. The driver should not have a license, let alone be allowed to transport others. Many of us complained about his dangerous driving (which including being on the phone and writing notes on a pad while he drove) but were told "you got back alive so what's the problem?" When we were dropped back at the start point, we were told to walk toward 'that spire down there' and we'd be close to our hotels. Seriously? How many spires are in this city? Was grateful I still have less than 10% of my phone service back. Definitely recommend going to Kutna Hora but not with this company

Worth a visit. - Kutna Horą is worth a visit. Sedlec Ossuary is truly unique. There is a little bit of walking and we were lucky with fair weather. We could have a better guide though.

Good Transportation but light on facts, history and content - Good transportation. Some confusion on pick up and drop off. Bathroom situation not well thought out. Some locations seemed to lack significant content around the place, history, politics etc. Not fully transparent. Probably go with another company to Kunta Hora which is a town rich in history and cultrue.

Disappointing tour and tour guide - This is our first experience with this company and it was rather disappointing. We admire that our guide is multilingual, but waiting until she finished explanations in three languages for the group of 7 people took too much time - the tour was supposed to be in English, and everyone in the group spoke enough English to understand the basic information that she was providing. To make it worse, she did not have any consideration to do it on the bus instead of keeping the whole group under the pouring rain and gusting wind. While the rain was not under her control, the choice of the location where she was giving us general info certainly was. She knows basic facts about Kutna Hora but her presentation was not impressive. Lastly, we were dropped in the city instead of bringing us back to the hotel. My advice is to use a different company.

Dissatisfied - Was picked up 30 min ahead of time at the hotel, the bone housing was seen at Max 5 min. The guide did not go into the churches and explained, was not driven back to the hotel, was dropped off at the station, so I had to walk to the hotel there from 10-15.
