Beautiful experience!! - Huge museum, the ticket purchased online!! Recommended for a trip to Prague, in the central building there is I show the history up to the Middle Ages but with the purchase of the ticket online there is also the “new building” where you can find the history of the 20th century, experience to do recommended and if you want in the “new building” there is a bistro in which to stop for lunch at a low price but good food!! There are very nice interactive experiences!! Friendly staff in all places, I recommend visiting it if you are in Prague, it takes all morning (10am to 1.30pm), if not longer!!

Wonderful museum - Really beautiful museum that is in 2 buildings. Bought the audio guide deal. It worked very well with an app on the phone. Didn't do the self guided walking tour in the end as ran out of time. Note there is an indoor tunnel connecting both museum sites! Didn't know this and crossed the road 5 mins to the 2nd date which wasn't an issue. They don't like big or even medium bags in the museum. I was told to put it in a locker or I couldn't go in! Annoying but there's lots of lockers. So much to see in the museum I learnt alot about czechia.

Very informative way of learning about the Czech Republic - Very enjoyable way to get an informative history of the Czech Republic in the 20th century. That was the main reason for our visit, and it didn't disappoint. Only minor issue for me would be the lack of signage and the direction pamphlet. Maybe it was just me!!

Very nice inside of museum, but more for the family with kids.It is big, but you have place to sit if you get tired - The inside of museum is magnificent, but the exhibition is an average for me, this is more for the family with kids-kids would love it!But still nice to see everything..since I like history, that wasn't bad made, and also the exhibition of evolution of animals. I didn't like that there is no written direction where to go, so you are trying to not skip anything, and in the middle of that was one store with museum staff, they could put it at the end, like they did with the smaller one( the smaller is on good place, but too small).

Museum ticket bait and switch scam - Bad experience. Viator's vendor sold us national museum tickets for the Lucy exhibit that they knew didnt exist and charged double the going rate to do so. After taking our money and giving us a receipt for the tickets we were informed there were no tickets but tried to get us to change to the next day where there was availability, and then said they could do no refunds. Scam artists

Read the fine print - You need to read the pick up point very carefully. I used Viator directions they were horrible. Never made it to the venue. Worst directions on how to get tickets I have experienced
