Very interesting experience!!! - Very interesting: the guide, Anna, was very good, comprehensive and clear in her perfectly understandable English, even to those with an average level of understanding of the language.

The most boring tour ever! - 1. Our guide could barely speak English (and the tour was in English 🥲). 2. There should be some age restrictions, someone brought a crying baby just a few months old. 3. The tour was 2 hours long and very boring, filled with random information unrelated to the underground. I think if they had only shared information about the old buildings, the tour would have been much cheaper and much shorter. 4. Our guide’s voice was monotone, I even saw someone falling asleep during his talk. 5. We were promised only 5 minutes outside, but we spent around 15 in the freezing cold, listening to boring descriptions of the tower (not a part of the actual tour). It felt like he was just reciting from a student textbook. The guide’s name was Mijo. I definitely don’t recommend this tour—don’t waste your money. I wish I could get my money back 🥲

No location. - I went to the endpoints- meeting point. I had to phone up the company as there was nothing listed about the starting point. This wasted about 20 to 25 minutes. Therefore, I had a missed part of the tour.
