Snorkeling Black Marina - Had such a great time snorkeling at Black Marina Beach! Our guide, Cole, was amazing—super chill, really knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so fun and relaxing. He took us on a smooth, easy tour of the coral reefs and pointed out all kinds of cool marine life we probably would've missed on our own. What made it even better was that Cole took awesome videos and photos of us while we were snorkeling, so we didn’t have to worry about capturing the moment ourselves. Everything felt really safe and well-organized, and Cole’s calm vibe made it easy to just enjoy the experience. Definitely recommend booking with Cole if you’re heading out to Black Marina Beach—he really made it special!

Wonderful snorkeling experience - Beautiful views, saw lots of colorful fish and waving coral. At the end, like it was choreographed, there was a giant sea turtle resting on the sand, who then gently took off and wafted off into the deeper water. The guide was great and took wonderful care of non-experienced snorkelers. Safety was paramount. Loved it!!

Rincon - We had a great time! The water was clear and so lots of fish and other sea life. It was easy to access. Not sure if the snorkel gear was sterilized at all though

Best Experience Ever - This was a great experience. Very informative. Our tour guide, Chad, was awesome and he was very informative. Lasted about 1.5 hours to 2 hours and we saw some amazing fish. Videos of the fish and all videos taken during the tour were sent to us at no extra cost. Truly amazing.

Day Trip to the Coral Reef - We were excited by the write-up for the Coral Reef Cruises but the experience didn't match the write-up. The time at the reef is oriented to divers and snorkelers for the 3 hours on the boat. The semisubmersible ride to the reef is about 15 minutes and goes in one direction rather than a loop for viewing the coral on both sides of the boat. The underwater observatory is similar to aquarium tank windows and only one flight down from the main deck so not viewing coral up close and viewing mostly fish. The brochure and ticket both detail morning and afternoon refreshments but were announced or served. The lunch buffet is plentiful and has a variety of foods. Heavy interaction by staff on board in selling additional promotions such as guided snorkeling and photographs.

413 Divers GREAT! - The 413 divers were such an AMAZING team. Responsive, great communication, super welcoming and friendly! It was a beautiful morning and the water felt great. Unfortunately- the sea animals were not active so we didn’t get to see much around the reefs. We had to wait for the Go Pro to be brought out to us, so when some others in the water reported sharks and beautiful fish we did miss them. The weather turned and it rained a few hours later which was most likely why the sea animals were hiding away. Over all really great team and I appreciated the experience

False advertisement - I booked a 2 hour tour, but it was 30 minutes of instructions and setting up the equipment and just another 30 minutes in the water. This is false advertisement, and when I asked for a partial refund, the company declined. I would not recommend this company.
