Amazing day in Sicily - Fantastic day trip of Sicily and highlight of our two week vacation! We took the 5am ferry from Malta to Sicily and were picked up within 5 minutes of arrival (then took the 9:30pm ferry back to Malta that evening). Our guide and driver, Giovanni, was just fantastic - personable, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. In addition to the scheduled stops (all of which are fantastic), we also strolled by the beach in Pozzallo, stopped at a couple cafes and found a fantastic bread shop in the small town outside of Mt. Etna - best focaccio I've ever had. The views from Mt. Etna are stunning, and Syracuse and Taormina are fantastic cities to explore. Our only complaint is that we didn't spend more time in Sicily!

Fantastic 😃 - Giovanni was excellent and prompt with quick and prompt communication. If the windows were cleaned, it would have been better for photos along the way. Giorgio was fantastic. We felt very safe in the van with him and his driving. He was lovely and accommodating with any additional stops or variations to our tour. Thank you to Giovanni, Giorgio and mysicilyguide T.O for making our sons 13th Birthday that much more special 🙏🏻

Best Sicilian Day Tour - This was the perfect day tour from Malta. We took the 5am ferry from Malta to Sicily and was picked up by Ana. It was about a 1 h and 45 min ferry ride. We went to Syracuse first and was able to explore for a little bit and had time at a very cute cafe with great sightseeing views. Then, we went to Mt. Etna volcano and spent time there. Finally, we had a couple hours in Taormina. Taormina has the Greek theater, more beautiful views, and many stores for souvenirs. Be sure to stop by the Italian leather stores, authentic leather. We even had time to visit Castelmola and a very interesting restaurant/bar. Ana then drove us back to the ferry for the evening ride back to Malta. It was a wonderful experience and highly recommended. Make sure to get some rest the night before because it was a long day, but definitely worth it. Ana was very knowledgeable and friendly and had everything planned right. She was a great tour guide.

It was ok - Although we did enjoy ourselves, there were parts of the excursion that could be better. We spent too much time on the bus. We were looking forward to going to Toarmina Sicily. Our bus had a minor collision with a car which shaved just over an hour off our trip. We didn't have much time to have lunch and enjoy the sights and shops of Toarmina. It was disappointing. We all agreed that the next stop to taste wine and olives which was about a half hour was a waste of time and a money grab. Our tour guide and driver were very nice and the ferry was very comfortable but we felt a little ripped off.

Total waste of money - best do it yourself - We were very disappointed with our trip, having paid £600 we found the driver could not speak English, was constantly on the phone, spelling of smoke and coughing and was very confused on where we were going. Basically he was a full day taxi driver. The tour guide was giving zero direction and and again was on her phone constantly texting. Only when we asked did she stop to explain things . A tour guide should be leading and directly people from the front and moving everyone along at a steady pace, making the experience fun and engaging .The driver had plenty of time to return to evening ferry but still resulted in putting us all at risk and driving 120 km per hour in the dark. We were fearing for our life So basically we all think that getting a 8 seat Uber for the day and looking around ourselves for E300 have been better use of our time and money. We were all very disappointment and would not recommend this tour to any of our friends or family . Easier and cheaper doing it all yourselves . We have requested a part refund and look forward to hearing from you . Thanks
