Very nice hike - Superb hike to the levadas of 25 fontes e risco. 10km of wonder. The hike lasts about 4 hours. Take care of in Funchal by our super Guide who will also explain the surroundings during the transfer and plants during the hike. The hike is not especially hard (lots of food). There's just some big steps. Provide waterproof shoes and rainwear. Up there it's cool.

Great hike, good for beginners, knowledgable guide, convenient pickup and drop off - I had a fantastic time on the hike with our guide. He picked us up from our accommodation which was convenient and very kindly dropped us off on the centre Funchal after the hike. His knowledge of the hiking trails, Madeira and the forest is great and I felt very safe exploring the forest with him - as someone who is not very good with directions. The picture spots and views were very impressive and the hike was definitely manageable for beginners. On the way back from the main viewpoint of the hike, we had the option of different routes and difficulties to choose from which was nice to have the flexibility.

Great trip - We were thrilled to join this trip! Our guide, Pedro, was exceptional—very professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the island, its flora, fauna, and history. He was attentive to each member of the group, adjusting the pace to suit everyone. While we would have preferred to start a bit earlier to avoid the trail getting busy, we highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Madeira.

Easy walk and beautiful scenery - It's a great walk if a little busy at points, Pedro was our guide and he was great, pointing out a lot of the nature around. It's not too challenging with only a few small uphill sections.

A fairly easy walk with amazing views and waterfalls - A fab walk , with a few stros tk climb , amazing scenery all the way. Beautiful flowers and waterfalls. A long dark tunnel at the starts, so bring a torch and warm top/ waterproof jkt and good walking shoes. No toilets, no food so go prepared.

Perfect!! - An absolutely beautiful and diverse place to explore, been the best by far excursion I’ve ever been on. We had an amazing and very accomplished tour/mountain guide called Tiago, he was extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. When we return we will definitely book with him again so we can explore more of the Island. It’s a must!

Outstanding service - I found this company on Google while searching for hikes. Most places only do for a maximum of 8 people but this company was very happy to accommodate our group of 10 . I did the booking after communicating through WhatsApp and paid a deposit rest was paid on the day of the hike. The guide and driver were both excellent. Walter and Elvio did a fabulous job. My husband was struggling due to knee issues and Walter looked after him so well. He was so patient and hiked with him all along the way

Great hike with supportive and highly experienced guide. - Our Mountain Guide Tiago made the whole experience perfect. He is professional, approachable, and supportive. I am 81 years old and an experienced hiker from Canada. This hike was an adventure yet safe. Gorgeous scenery, adventurous walk through the tunnel, and the waterfalls for lunch. I would recommend this hike and especially Tiago as your guide. His primary focus is safety while having a fun experience. He cares about his tourists. Highly recommended.

Would recommend - Amazing views of both the 25 fountains waterfall and Risco waterfall- the later was a real highlight of our holiday. Our guide, Pedro was great and shared his knowledge about the local area and plants in an engaging way. The pace was good for a mix of abilities. The only part I did not enjoy was going though a dark and wet tunnel for 1km- walking boots/shoes and a torch are essential!
