The activity involves various forms along the coastal line, including scrambling, swimming, ascension, descent, zip-lining, and cliff diving into the waters. Participants need only fulfill one prerequisite - they must be proficient swimmers!
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if the weather conditions doesnt allow to do the activity with the standard safety requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund

Amazing Coasteering Experience - We highly recommend this activity with lots of fun jumps and cool climbing. We had such a blast! Our guide, Francisco, was amazing helping us with every step always with humour making this such an incredible experience. Thank you again Francisco!

Exhilarating, fun and safety focused - Our coasteering experience with Vertente Natural was the highlight of our holiday. We took our 13 year old kids along and they had the time of their lives, scrambling around and leaping off into the crystal clear waters. We were all exhilarated by the experience and would highly recommend this fun filled adventure. Francisco and Letícia were incredible guides. They ensured we all had a great time, whilst keeping everyone safe and reassured. Both were calm, kind and full of good humour. Thank you so much!

Best day ever! - We had the best experience from pick up in Lisbon to drop off back in Lisbon. The driver was so friendly and welcoming. The tour guides Francisco and Francisco were awesome. This activity is perfect for the adventurous family. We had a blast and felt comfortable throughout the trip. It was one of our favorite activities ever and would highly recommend it!

Wow - Wow! Literally amazing adventure from start to finish. Our family of 5 had an incredible time and all felt like we conquered fears along the way. Our guide Leticia (sorry if I misspelled) was a gift to each of us- what an experience! Thank you!

LOVED Coasteering!!! - Absolutely best experience ever, I am now gonna have to come back to do it again!!!! I did coasteering with one other friend, but everyone who was apart of our group was super friendly and the instructors were very helpful and friendly as well. We got picked up from Lisbon and even that ride was very scenic and got to learn a little bit about the town, Sesimbra! It was a good mix of swimming, jumping, and climbing, overall a very good experience to overcome a lot of fear and to see what you’re capable of. I would do coasteering over and over again, definitely in my top 10 things to do in Portugal. <3

Great Coasteering Experience! - Great experience! Really well run company. Our pick up and tour were totally smooth and the coasteering itself was fantastic! Beautiful and something you would never do without a tour. You do need to be fit though!

Great Coasteering adventure and company - Great company and guides. Had a great day in and out of the water. Felt very safe and even got some geology lessons along the way. Would definitely recommend the coasteering and Vertente Natural.
