Memorable and special trip to amazing Skye. - Jim was a fabulous guide with excellent local knowledge. Some very interesting anecdotes and special stops during our trip to and on Skye. Very professional and well worth the money. If you can get Jim it would be an added bonus. Kilt and all.

A great tour with a great guide. - A very enjoyable and informative tour made more so by our guide Iain. His knowledge of the history of the areas we visited and places we visited off the usual tourist routes made this a tour to remember. Many thanks.

Isle of Skye - amazing and unforgettable - I’m going to begin by saying our tour guide, Jim Robertson with Timberbush was so incredibly wonderful, friendly and professional, a great storyteller and knew his stuff! . And his exemplary driving of those hair raising back roads was nothing short of spectacular, and I was never concerned with safety. . We had such a great time with Jim for three days. And yes - he looked quite handsome in his kilt!! Thank you again to Jim for this tour and your extra surprises! This is an amazing, awesome, mind blowing experience. The sheer beauty and ruggedness of the Isle of Skye can’t be described in words. It’s like nothing you’ve ever imagined. Be prepared to walk and move around a lot - even hike some steep hills on rough terrain. It’s windy and damp - not freezing in October - but dress for a cold rainy day. The town of Portree had great restaurants and bars and was fun to explore. I would recommend making reservations - they’re all very popular! Our accommodations at the Tongadale Hotel were quite cozy and wonderful with a delicious breakfast, and staff very friendly and accommodating. I so highly recommend this tour that I will gladly do it again if I ever get the opportunity to be lucky enough to do it!

Fantastic 3 days in Scotland! - Highly recommend this company for small group tours. It was a fantastic experience, and our driver Roddy was personal, knowledgeable, and fun! He made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. We did the 3 day tour from Edinburgh staying on Portree. We stopped by Ft Augustus to visit Loch Ness and we even got a picture of Nessy while we were there. (Photo Attached)

Adventure on the Isle - If you love scenery and tales of the Highlands you will love this experience. However a warning- traveling in a van with 18 other people is extremely close quarters and maybe claustrophobic for some. However, our driver and guide, Jada, was amazing… Knowledgeable, considerate, accommodating, and generally the best person I can imagine to guide the tour and drive those winding roads!

Would happily do this tour again! - Three day bus tour that let us see wonderful sights on Skye that we couldn’t have on our own. Gillian was a real pro who knew her stuff. From the comments made about what we were going to see, good places to eat in our lunch stopovers, and the music she played to help us get in the mood, we would happily go on another tour with her as our guide and driver.

Spectacular sights and a perfect guide! - Gillian is the perfect guide for both foreigners and also people from closer regions I guess. She has great knowledge of anything you might need, has stories of a diverse range of subjects and of course, of every inch of the route you will experience. Music is very well curated through the trip and she is punctual in every step while not getting you stressed. We strongly recommend her services and the route. Thanks Gillian!

Excellent tour - Jim our guide and driver is very knowledgeable and gives us enough information of history. We have enough time in each site to enjoy our trip to Isle of Skye. Jim also very respectful and has a real good sense of humour. He is also interact with us individually, as couple or family and involves us all asa group. It’s the best tour and strongly recommend to anyone who does not have a lot of time but like to see and get an insight to a bit of Scotland and its highlands.

Excellent Tour - Excellent 3 day tour! Our driver/guide Scott was very personable and professional and knows his Scottish history. We enjoyed listening to his music, all with a Scottish connection. Great smaller group of all ages, from seniors to a couple of well behaved kids. All stops were well planned with beautiful scenery. Also accommodation booked by tour was well located with great breakfast. Would highly recommend for an introduction to the highlands.

Stunning Isle of Skye and Highlands tour - An absolutely stunning trip with Jack W. Itinerary wasn’t strictly followed but we had some spectacular sites he took us to that we would not have otherwise seen. Jack was an awesome guide with great commentary, suggestions and funny stories. Weather was crazy sunny! Highly recommend!!! One note if you originate in Glasgow, the return train tickets were very unclear and were meant for cross country trains from Edinburgh back to Glasgow that run only twice a day. We asked someone at the train station and 4 of us almost got on the wrong train We had to book our own tickets or sit over 2 hours to wait for the original booking. Email with tickets not helpful. Would also let those originating in Glasgow that they have option of staying in Edinburgh upon their return as well.
