Porto Santo Octopus Teacher - We booked the tour on recommendation of our friends who had done the tour a few years earlier. We stayed in Funchal and took the early ferry over and met Mateus at the port. A short drive later we were in a protected rock pool where I met my first live octopus which has been a dream of mine for years. The rock pool had other fish but the octopus and Mateus dog Sherlock were the stars of the show - well worth the price and the early start….well deserved 5 stars

Fantastic snorkeling experience - Perfect tour with the most friendly and coolest instructor. We saw an octopus and a lot of colorful fishes. My two teenage boys had a fantastic day

Great day snorkling - Excellent day I never expected to see so many sea creatures and fish just snorkeling, made sure others were safe and found fish and other things I couldn't see until they were pointed out to us. Great day.

Great experience enjoyed by the whole family. - Great time snorkeling today. We were originally booked to go kayaking but the weather wasn't right. So we switched to the snorkeling tour instead and we all really enjoyed it. Saw loads of fish, starfish, octopus and even had photos taken, which we are really looking forward to see. Highly recommend.

It's a different world in the water! - When I dived into the sea, thinking that I can't sunbathe on the beach because the weather is not good, it was a different world! I'm thrilled to see the underwater world for myself! My guide Matias was so passionate about the underwater world and islands, it was almost my first time snorkeling, but thanks to him I was relieved. I have no regrets whatsoever about joining this tour! Thanks!!! I recommend it to everyone.

Snorkelling Porto santo - Matias is a legend. We were picked up on time at a cafe near our hotel by him and his dog Sherlock. Matias is super easy to talk to and very funny, making sure we were looked after the entire time. We saw octopi, eels, starfish and many other creatures. I would 100% recommend this to anyone. Ps if you like old cars he might let you see his Datsun.

Excellent use of time - Great trip. Last call to get in. Good service and pick up from hotel. You need to reserve the time and then you will get the pickup location. Whole trip lasted about 4hours and the water-time was long enough in a peaceful settings. Guide gives you exact and good instructions, do follow them by-the-book. Location is safe to at and guaranteed to see sealife. It was a really good thing to do. Now, just waiting to get the underwater photos!

Amazing tour of many special fish in marine protected area - The snorkelling tour was really fun and a special experience! We saw many beautiful fish I had never seen before, a red sea star and an octopus. I can really recommend this trip if you come to Porto santo. Also suitable for less experienced snorkelers because you will learn it from the start.
