Nice proposed smut tour around - Aveiro - Costa Nova - Miramar - We met in Porto and then took the tour to Aveiro with a guided tour around the streets, followed by a tour in the "Gondoles". Then there was 1.5 hours to get some food and drink and maybe just make a quick souvenir impulse purchase, after which the trip went to Costa Nova with the strip painted houses, with an hour walk around the streets. Time for ice cream and a cup of coffee. Finally we took a stroll past Miramar beach and had 30 min to enjoy the beach and the Cathedral on the coast.

Wonderful experience!... - Wonderful experience! Felt like we really got to experience Portugal and places we probably never would have found ourselves. It is our honeymoon and the boat ride was very romantic. 10 out of 10!

Plenty of sights and interesting buildings. - A very good day with excellent hosts, Gonzalo and Alex. Beautiful places to visit with of interesting facts and sights. One more very important thing to mention a very comfortable coach ride by an extremely competent and friendly driver, Liliana.

Loved our Day in Aveiro and Costa Nova! - This was a very pleasant experience for both of us and we were happy we booked the full day tour. I feel with the full itinerary it would have been a very rushed day.

Beautiful discovery - A beautiful way to discover the surroundings of Porto. Daniel, our very young guide was perfect, already good knowledge especially historical. Discreet and respectful, he even took time to explain us in French because we are not at the top in English!

Lovely locations, but health and safety poor - The tour itself was a surprise, as we thought it was a cruise to the locations, but it was a coach instead. The travel was not too bad, although the headphones and devices were awful sound quality. The locations we went to were superb and beautiful - we should have spent longer at the beach with the church and less time at the other location, in my view. Averio was stunning. However, the main issue was that my husband hurt himself quite badly at the start of the walking tour in Averio - his foot went down a broken drain and he cut his ankle and toe open badly. I asked the tour guide to stop, to help (if they had a first aid kit) and whether there was a pharmacy nearby and she abruptly said 'no' to each request. She didn't even look at his wounds or ask if he was ok. He was bleeding badly, so I had to run to find a pharmacy. I then caught up with the group and we tended to his wounds. We then caught up again with the group. Not once did the tour guide ask if he was ok - not once. This was really disappointing, as health and safety should be paramount on tours like this and tour guides should be prepared on what to do if someone gets hurt.

They left me to bring even me begging to go to meet them - Bad experience! Never again!!! Me and my 3-year-old daughter left our Airbnb which is 3.8Km from the meeting point at 7:30. While we were waiting for Uber that were all busy, we decided to start walking, we walked a lot, we lost. We tried to get a taxi, they were busy too. I called Buendia to inform her that I was going for a walk and couldn't get a taxi. It was 8:20 when I asked them to wait until 8:45 and he said the guide would only wait until 8:35 but it would be impossible. I ran like a crazy woman with my baby in the neck with pain in the knee. It was awful. When he was 500 meters from the meeting point, the agency's young man sent a message saying that they had already left and could do nothing else. I asked to reschedule for another day or give me a partial refund. They said nothing would be possible anymore. I lost 50€. It was awful. My baby only cried when I saw my despair running in this town where I don't know anyone, she was scared. How much humiliation and horrible treatment, and the money was worked out of my sweat. For never again neither Viator nor Buendia. Never again.
