Totally Unique - Shuttle bus picked up up from our hotel and took us to the port in Palma. There we were sorted into different buses but there was some confusion but eventually it got sorted.
An hour later we stopped at the pearl outlet store for browse, use the toilet and get a drink. It was only a short stop. The caves where literally next door but we had to use the coach to get there.
We were given our tickets and told we had 1hr 30m to go through the caves and see the concert.
We joined the queue of about 500 to 700 people. There is a limit as to how many go in each hour.
The caves were amazing. A bit cramped to begin with but once down all the steps people stretched out. We got to the auditorium just before the concert was due to start. All seats looked towards a massive lake. You are NOT allowed to take pictures or video and if you try there are helpers who will tell you off!
The cave went dark and 3 boats drifted round a bend to our right. One had the musicians on. They were all lit up with LED lights.
The music was enchanting and emotional. It lasted about 12mins with the boat slowly going back to where it came from.
You then had the option to take a boat across the lake or take the bridge. The queue for the boats was far to long so we walked but it was still brilliant!
100% worth the trip!
Totally unique experience.
We got back to our hotel with plenty of time for lunch as well.

Beautiful and Natural - Amazing and beautiful experience and natural sight to see. Beautiful due to the boats coming out playing classical music. Natural to see the formations of the stalactites and stalagmites icicle-shaped cave formations.

What amazing caves - The caves of Drach are amazing and well worth the trip. The coach picked us up near our hotel (10 mins late, I was starting to worry we had missed it). The tour guide was very friendly but I don’t think the relentless commentary on the way there in 4 different languages was necessary.
I didn’t feel rushed on the caves tour at all.
This trip is one not to be missed!

Worth the visit but over priced - Very interesting in the caves
If a bit rushed 1 hour tour of the caves plus a classical concert which was very good
You can get a boat ride but the que was very big if have to be back on the bus

A nice tour of the Caves of Drach - This is a nice tour of the caves, including a concert on an underground lake. It's a popular destination on Mallorca, but the crowd was managed well and we went before the truly busy season. The visit to the pearl factory, however, was only a 20 minute afterthought, so if you are looking for a greater experience about the pearl industry, this isn't the tour for you. Also note that the caves are located on the eastern part of the island, so it’s a bit of a bus ride there from Palma. We were staying at the Marriott Son Antem, near Llucmayor, and there was no pick up at our location. We had to arrange transportation to nearby S'Arenal, but the tour company gave us specific instructions and were prepared to pick us up and take us to the transfer point in Palma. Overall, this was a minor inconvenience to enjoy a tour of the caves.

It's not a Boat Tour, but a WALKING TOUR - My Group toured the Cave on September 2024. The Caves themselves were beautiful, however if you have walking restrictions, heart conditions, breathing problems, or feet and legs issues AVOID THIS TOUR
You have to walk a long distance, it's VERY ROCKY AND SLIPPERY IN SOME AREAS. NOT WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE. THE DESCRIPTION IS VERY MISLEADING PERTAINING TO
THE BOAT RIDE THRU THE CAVE. YOU WALK THE ENTIRE TIME EXCEPT WHEN YOU SIT DOWN AND WATCH THE MUSICIAN RIDE ALONG IN THE BOAT. We did have an opportunity to ride in the boat at the end of the tour, but tbe ride is only 2 minutes and the wait for the boat ride was so long, the staff recommended walking out. CAUTION: IF YOU HAVE PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP WITH HEART, LEG, FOOT, BACK PROBLEMS, OR HAVE ISSUES WITH DISTANCE WALKING----PLEASE AVOID THIS TOUR. Lack and poor descriptive details
provided created distress for 4 people in are group and several other people that were on the tour as well.

Totally amazing caves. Coach abandoned us! - Please careful when booking with side tours. We had a lovely time at the caves of Drach in Majorca. The caves were outstanding! The problem arose when our tour guide told us we need to change buses. On boarding the new bus I asked to confirm it was the correct bus for our hotel and gave the stop we needed. The tour guide confirmed. After 40 minutes on the buses things did not look correct. I asked the driver who spoke little English he said the bus was Magaluf. Told us to get off the bus in the middle of nowhere with no idea where we were. No help or information. I managed to find a bus taking us back to the place where we changed buses and found WiFi in McDonald to search for a way home. This whole experience was stressful and cost more than should have as we were all inclusive and had to buy food drinks and bus fares. We lost half a day of our holiday. The next day all Sidetours would offer was a hop on hope off bus tour as compensation to use on our last day. No refund offered even for the extra costs paid out. We declined the bus tour as we had had enough of buses around Palma trying to get back to our hotel. I sent an email but only got you were offered a bus trip and I refused it and that was all they were offering. I do hope this never happens to anyone else especially someone who is new to travel or not internet wise. I am not one to post bad reviews but felt this could be dangerous if it happened to an older person with no phone. It was also 30 degrees so that could also be an issue.
