- Portmagee - Have lunch in the picturesque fishing village of Portmagee
- Kerry Cliffs - The Kerry Cliffs are spectacular and in my opinion more beautiful than the Cliffs of Moher. Take a 5 minute walk upto the Cliffs passing by the ponies and Lamas in the field. See the replica Beehive Huts. You can walk right out to the edge of the Cliffs, don’t worry there is a safety fence. You get spectacular views of the Skelligs, two great islands of rock coming out of the Sea. The area is a haven for bird life and is full of nesting seabirds early in the year.

- Daniel O’Connell Memorial Church - Passing through the Town of Caherciveen, the birthplace of Irish freedom vocalist Daniel O Connell, see the only Church in Ireland not dedicated to a Saint, Daniel O Connell memorial Church
- Kerry Bog Village Museum - We stop at the Bog Village, see Famine cottages, cottages that show Irish life in the 1930 , feed the Irish Wolfhounds, one of the World’s largest dogs. Lots to see and do here.
- Kells Sheep Centre - A highlight of the Tour, see a world champion Shepherd with his Border Collies give a demonstration on sheep herding. A pleasure to watch man and dog in action.

A memorable day visiting the Ring of Kerry with Joe - We had originally planned to drive the Ring of Kerry ourselves, and I am so grateful that we decided to spend the day with Joe instead. He tailored the trip to fit the time we had available and included wonderful recommendations along the way. We loved the sheep dog demonstration, the delicious lunch, the views of the Kerry cliffs. It was a spectacular day, and we were all able to relax. He also recommended a great activity for our last day, sending us to Kingdom Falconry in Dingle. Thank you, Joe!

Amazing experience, terrific driver. Joe was kind and knowledgeable and he took good care of us. - Top notch service for vacation done with our 20 something daughters. Joe was very engaging and responsive, identifying and responding to their interests and customizing our tour. He also served as a travel agent by helping us plan the next day of our vacation. More than worth the extra cost. A stress-free way to navigate the twists, turns, and narrow roadways on the Ring of Kerry. Would hire him again in a minute.

Great Ring of Kerry tour with Joe! - Absolutely loved our private tour with Joe! He took us to several places with no tour busses at all. The Kerry Cliffs were absolutely stunning, and we happened to have a sunny day and great light for photos. We stopped for lunch at a place in Portmagee where 90% of the patrons were locals. Food was great there. We saw a demonstration on sheep herding by an international award winning border collie trainer. There were several other stops along the way that made for a full and memorable day. Highly recommend this tour!

Great Day on the Rings! - Joe was amazing from the first meeting. We explained we were from New Orleans and our interest. He took us all over the Ring of Kerry to see beautiful things. He was informative and very talkative. Made us all feel at ease. It was great day spent with Joe.

Full day private tour around Ring of Kerry - We had an amazing day with Joe touring around Ring of Kerry. He took us to spots we would not have known about if we had gone with a tour bus or by ourselves. The car was comfortable, and Joe was extremely knowledgeable about history and culture. It was very easy to email with Joe in advance of our trip. He even remembered that it was my wife's birthday and arranged a fun surprise! Highly recommend!

What a great experience - We had The best driver in Ireland!
He picked us up on time and we settled in the car. Joe took us to the best places and showed us great sights. Joe is a wonderful guide and knew all the shop workers. He kindly told us which places were more of a tourist trap and which places were a better deal, family owned type places.
We’re not the chattiest group but Joe talked the perfect amount and let some of our group nod off for a quick nap at other times.
We felt so comfortable with Joe.
I would definitely book with Joe again and would definitely recommend him to other travelers.

Best private tour guide for Killarney area! Can’t recommend Joe enough! - Joe was incredible! I wasn’t sure what all we could squeeze in for the day and he suggested the Ring of Kerry. His communication was excellent leading up to the tour even suggesting accommodations that we ended up loving! He was prompt, car was immaculate, and he had everything we forgot to bring (husband forgot sunglasses). Each stop we made was evident that he was well respected in the area and his knowledge was very informative. We never felt pressured to leave when we were enjoying walking around, his stops were well planned out and efficient. This was great because we only had one full day in the area. He took us to places where the buses couldn’t go. We had a car rented and considered making this tour ourselves and I am so glad we chose to use Joe instead. We were able to sit back and relax with a professional driver who loved and knew the area and its history. The pictures we captured and the memories we made, we will never forget. The big bus would’ve been disappointing compared to what we were able to experience. Thank you, Joe, for making our day the best day of our week in Ireland!

Wonderful guide to show you all the highlights! - Joe was a wonderful tour guide!! I spent two days with him; we traveled around the Ring of Kerry and then drove up to the Dingle Peninsula. We saw all the highlights and hidden gems in two days. He looked ahead at the weather and planned events for each day to maximize my experience based on expected visibility/ rain. He suggested more ideas based on my interests and didn’t take it personally if I chose not to do one of his suggestions, which is exactly what I want! He gave lots of ideas and let me customize my trip.
Joe is incredibly kind, easy to get along with, and very perceptive. I traveled alone as a young(ish) woman and was so glad that I chose Joe to show me around!

We cannot recommend booking this tour enough! Joe is FANTASTIC! - We had a fantastic day with Joe on the Ring of Kerry. The weather didn't cooperate, but Joe made the trip fantastic! He took us to many places off the main bus route that we would have never seen without him. We stopped at beaches, museums, local pubs where the locals eat, and even stopped for homemade ice cream for the kids. Joe wasn't watching the clock all day and wanted to ensure we had plenty of time and a great tour. I would HIGHLY recommend booking a tour with Joe. We left feeling like we had made a new friend. His Mercedes is comfortable with plenty of room for 4. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely book with Joe again.
