A terrific day in Oregon - On our first day in Oregon, we had a wonderful day seeing waterfalls, overlooks, and learning about the state and the Columbia Gorge area. Jim regaled us with Oregon lore and history and funny stories, all of which complemented the beautiful views.

An Incredible Tour - We had a wonderful time touring one of everyone’s favorite places in Portland – The Columbia River Gorge Waterfall, Timberline Lodge and Mount Hood. These places have been on our bucket list for a while, and we are finally glad to have checked them off that list – with the help of the “Infinite Oregon Tour Company”. We were happier that we had Jim Turner as our guide for the second day in a row. He is a wealth of knowledge about everything Portland, plus friendly, professional, courteous, caring and considerate. He made sure that everyone in our tour group got the full benefits of the hike up to the waterfalls. All stops were timed perfectly, and he kept us informed about everything that would happen at each stop. He also kept us engaged in the van with his historical facts, stories and anecdotes about the surroundings. About the tour: The Waterfalls got more beautiful at each stop. The quaint little town of Hood River was the perfect option for lunch and Packer Orchards was the perfect short stop for buying some jellies and jams as gifts for family. The views as we drove up to Mount Hood were stunning and jaw dropping. We also had a glorious sunny day, and we were able to capture clear picturesque views of all 4 snow-capped mountains – Mount Adam, Mount Jefferson, Mount St. Helen’s and of course Mount Hood. That was simply incredible…! Timberline Lodge on Mount Hood was the icing on our cake. We LOVED taking funny photos of us with the original axe used in the movie “The Shining”. The small hike up the slopes of Mount Hood was invigorating. A quick drink at the Bar in the Lodge was refreshing. The weather also helped in our full enjoyment of this tour. It was a long day, yet we returned to our hotel with the feeling that we must come back to Portland to see more of what this lovely city has to offer.

Scenic - Great Trip with Riley. Loved everything about Oregon. I would do this again if I could. Riley did a few additional stops so that we could get more pictures.

Great tour, thanks to our Guide Jim. - My wife and I generally stay away from formal tours, but this tour of the Columbia Gorge and Mt Hood was really excellent. Our guide, Jim, made such a difference to our enjoyment of the day. He had so many interesting tidbits of information and funny stories, the day flew by. He pointed out many things that we would have missed if we were on our own, and gave us a great balance of a little time on our own, and time with the group. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

Lovely experience - Amazing experience! Everything Riley showed and told us was interesting. We really had a good tour group. Everything in the description of the tour was on point. Riley, our tour guide, was awesome, he even did a favor for me, I wasnt feeling my best and he kept asking if I was okay and waited for me and respected my rhythm. The times on each waterfalls its good but you are always in a rush, I wished there was a little bit more time in each place. And if you are a person who gets cold easily, please take extra layers with you for the Mount Hood, it gets tooooo cold up there 100% recommended
