53rd Anniversary - It was a relaxing and special occasion for our 53rd Wedding Anniversary! We enjoyed the appetizers and excellent dinner selections! The window seating was exceptional for viewing the river scenery along the whole Cruise.

Amazing - My wife's 50th birthday was that day so I thought it would be a nice evening for her. She is scared of water, but she had such a nice time. She especially enjoyed talking with the captain and the gentleman that takes the photos/runs the gift shop.

Great service and fabulous food! - This was such an awesome experience all around. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The views were amazing and the history tour was engaging. The food was fabulous!!! I was a solo traveler and had an amazing time, but this would be perfect for anyone looking to take a tour with a one-of-a-kind view!

Excellent dinner cruise. Highly recommended. - Excellent dinner cruise, 5 star experience. Peter, our Server, was attentive, professional and helpful. Never missed a beat. The food was amazing. From the jumbo shrimp cocktail, to the Kobe beef, to the incredible blueberry cake, everything was excellent. Highly recommended.

Great way to see Portland by the river - The ship was wonderful and our server was courteous and attentive. The short ribs were delicious but the fish was over baked and bland. But the scenery was divine and definitely worth the price!

Great views and boat ride! - The views were spectacular! The boat ride was smooth and we got to see the city in a whole new way! I highly recommend this experience. However, that comes with a couple caviats. Understand that the food will not be fine dining. It’s mediocre. I almost wonder if they’d be better off offering “bar food.” The servers are sweet, but they’re young and maybe haven’t been properly trained. I’m not sure. I don’t want to bad mouth them because they were lovely. I just want people to know what to expect. Finally, the piano player knew a lot of songs, but she did not engage the guests or play with captivating musicality. I say all this not to be disparaging, but to temper the expectations. I would certainly recommend this experience to others, but I would want them to know what to expect.

Disappointing - Overall, the entire experience was a flop. I'm honestly really disappointed being a Portland native. This is something I wanted to do since I was a child and I've looked forward to being able to afford being able to do it but the overall experience was so disappointing. I think the Portland spirit need to really figure out who they are trying to market this for a total .Overall, the entire experience was a flop. I'm honestly really disappointed being a Portland native. This is something I wanted to do since I was a child and I've looked forward to being able to afford being able to do it but the overall experience was so disappointing. I think the Portland spirit needs to really figure out who they're trying to market this for in total we spent almost $400 for two people and right off the bat walking in the tables in the entire overall environment you can tell is extremely outdated. We paid additional money to upgrade to a window seat, but then ended up on the base level with terrible views and I feel like if you're allowing people to upgrade, you should allow them to pick there seats especially on the level they want. And totaled the entire trip is about 2 to 2 1/2 hours the moment we sat down. We were served our salad and bread, which for me was disappointing because we didn't even have enough time to sit down and set the mood or get comfortable. It was like we sat down and they're already serving us and that was how it was during the entire experience. We had all three courses done within the first 45 minutes of being on the boat and then ended up just sitting there bored for an hour and a half because the rush dinner service. Also, all the servers you can tell this is either their first serving job or busing job or they have no serving etiquette and that was really disappointing . None of the servers know how to really the room or the tables everything was constantly rushed. People were constantly coming up to our table. I would have to ask for things repeatedly because there was no communication between the staff. People were constantly walking around, which just to me just seems like you should allow people to sit down and enjoy their meals and enjoy the ambience of the experience but when things are constantly being rushed and your servers don't have serving etiquette when you're paying $400 in my opinion I could've gotten a Portland City Grill or Jenkin and had a way better experience way better food way better service for half that amount of money , your servers should reflect the cost of the experience. Then we come to food. The food was terrible. Everything was old and outdated. I felt like I just ordered it from like some cheap rinky-dink restaurant. It just feels like the food itself was super low budget and considering they're probably making close to $20-$30,000 a boat ride with the amount of people in the amount we paid it just seems it's a little unfair that the food was so low quality especially for the amount of money we paid. And lastly once again, I'll bring this back to figuring out what the Portland spirit wants to market the size there's nothing to do on board because dinner service went by so quick by the time we were done it was 7:45 PM and there was nothing to do for the last hour and a half. We didn't get off the boat to almost 9:40 PM. There's no dance floor there's no games there's no live music there's no singing there is a piano player but it's boring there's nothing to do and I found myself the last 40 minutes just being I just wanna get off this boat I'm bored my dinner was rushed . Steven tried to clear our waters off our table almost 30 minutes before even docked because they were trying to clean up so quickly. It was just a really disappointing overall experience and I would never do it again, nor would I encourage any of my friends to waste their money. I really think you guys need to address some of your local business, friends and figure out how you want to market this because there's so much potential but I would never come back and I honestly think it was a waste of money and if I could get my $400 back I would like that very much And to top it all off we were sat next to a huge group where there was a screaming toddler who allows a toddler on a dinner night cruise it ruined the entire experience. This child was screaming for 2 1/2 hours straight and the parents were doing nothing. None of the staff addressed then nobody try to offer this kid a solution to make it happy and that was really the biggest disappointing factor is why are you letting children on early dinner night cruise when people are paying $400 to have dinner that's completely unacceptable and so unprofessional and if you want to allow kids you should have nights where it's 21 and up at nights where it's family friendly because I could tell you right now if I was taking a girl on a fancy dinner and there was a screaming kid. I would never come back and even asked somebody who just went with my friend. I would still never come back you'll need to figure it out.
