Beautiful tour with riches of history and emergence - Nice and beautiful walk. Sorry we couldn't get any closer to the lake. The guide Inácio, was excellent in explaining and telling the story of every detail of it. INCAS, mountains, legend of the Princess who died in the lake. Many details You know the story.

Portillo 27/08/2025 - I really liked the professionalism and punctuality of TourGo. The tour to Portillo was very good and the picnic at the end of the tour was astral high. The guide Salvador is super attentive, friendly and passes interesting historical information during the trip. The van driver was also super polite. I recommend booking a tour with TourGo.

Lack of company sensitivity - I bought all the tours of our trip with the Tour Go, including the transfers ( apparently all more expensive than the other agencies), what happened was that on the Sunset of the Mountains tour, I panicked with the road, and very nervous, which gave me a headache, I became very tense( I didn't know how dangerous it was), my husband got sick the whole trip (he had to take 3 medications during the journey) and also my daughter got sick the next day, with sore throat and softness, and the next day we had scheduled the Portillo tour, but for these reasons I mentioned above, we couldn't go. I talked to the company to see the possibility of returning the value, or part of the value (as we bought TDS with them), which they said that it was not possible to do anything, I know that everything has rules, contract, but I also think that for every rule can have an exception, an agreement, return of part of the cost, a credit, finally, some alternative that would reduce our loss.
