Most memorable experience - Chef Carlos and Mariangela provided the most authentic and enjoyable cooking class from inviting us into their home, a tour of the extensive garden and the history of their cooking class journey. The most personable experience with my family, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The most memorable experience on our trip, would absolutely recommend you try this if you are in Sicily. Thank you again Carlos and Mariangela 🙏

Fabulous experience - Thanks so much for a fun evening!! We loved visiting the garden and learning about everything they are growing. The views were amazing. Carlo made the cooking so much fun and so easy..: we learned a lot and it was delicious! I even got some picky family members to try new things and they loved it all. We can wait to (try to) recreate it at home with the recipes. Thanks!!

Great Experience - We had the best time at Chef Carlo’s cooking class! It was cool to learn about the fruits and vegetables in his garden. The bruschetta, caprese salad and sandwich he prepared was delicious. We had never made pasta or canollis before and enjoyed the experience. Not to mention they tasted amazing! Chef Carlo even bought gluten free flour for me since I have to eat gf. It was his first time trying gf flour. It was so kind and thoughtful of him to do that for me! We would highly recommend his cooking class!!

Don't miss this incredible experience! - This was a highlight of our trip to Sicily! Chef Carlo was amazing. The farm and the views were incredible. Overlooking the town and Mediterranean Sea, you can't beat the view. You pick the ingredients that you use in cooking right from there! The recipes were simple and Chef was a great teacher. Food was amazing! Such a pleasant experience.
We will definitely going back and bringing friends! 100% worth it!

Wonderful culinary experience in Palermo. - Thankyou Carlo for making for me an absolute trip highlight. Carlo was so generous with his knowledge and expertise, and I loved walking around his beautiful garden, picking things to use in the meal. The recipes we made I will make again, and seeing how something you make by hand should feel and behave is irreplaceable. A glorious setting too, on a perfect day.

Book Immediately!! Fantastico experience! - What an amazing experience!! Mariangela and Chef Carlo were an extraordinary team. Do not look anywhere else for a cooking class - this one is well worth it! From the garden tour to the outdoor cooking class on their beautiful terrace - the food, views and experience cannot be beat. They welcome you into their home as strangers and you leave as friends. They were super accommodating to our large group of 12 (including 4 kids)!! We fit perfectly and were able to enjoy as a family. Mariangelo was a huge help and super communicative throughout the entire booking and preparation process. First class service!

Carlo rocks! - Fantastic food tour at Carlo’s villa overlooking Palermo and the bay. We prepared, with lots of guidance, fresh pasta and cannoli. First we toured his property with an orange orchard, olive trees and vegetable garden, picking fresh ingredients for dinner. Carlo was a patient teacher, sharing his experiences as a chef. We enjoyed a glass of local wine as he made final preparations, serving a beautiful meal. A memorable experience we highly recommend.
