Great tour with guides who went the extra mile! - Can't thank the tour guides enough for looking after us. We had Brendan as our tour guide and Jack as our driver. Brendan was very knowledgeable despite being only 18, and my three kids were very comfortable with him. We made it through the first two stops as well as lunch (which was plentiful and delicious) and didn't feel rushed in any way. At the third location (waterfall) the earthquake hit. Brendan ran back from the other side where they were parked and started to cut through the fallen trees, branches and soil so we could make it safely back from the waterfall to our van. They then delivered us safely back to our jetty, all the while trying to keep my children calm and their minds off the devastation around them. He even walked us across the road to make sure we made it safely back to our boat, even though I'm sure both of Brendan and Jack were desperate to get home themselves and check on their families. Was a fabulous day up until the earthquake, but we were well taken care of both before and afterwards. Would recommend this tour and this company.

Great Experience - Great day spent with Louise and David. Louise is very knowledgeable and well spoken. She shared a lot of great information with us and gave a good insight into the city/island. Their customs and great detail about the bond between families. Strongly recommend them for your future visits.

Great introduction to Vanuatu - Guide and driver were very helpful and knowledgeable. Tour was well paced with plenty of time to enjoy each stop. Learnt a lot about Vanuatu’s history, culture and wildlife.

Great time! - Great time with our guide - Brendan I think his name was. He is the son of the owner and apparently works in the school holidays. It’s rained very hard all day!! But Brendan did all he could to make it still a great day. He was happy to adapt the tour to what we wanted on the last stop just cause of the rain! Only heads up was the turtles were a little snappy 😂

Fabulous day out. - Amazing day out, our tour guide & driver were great, very informative. The Blue Lagoon was amazing, we were there in the early morning & it was very quiet. We could've spent all day there. The Turtle Sanctuary was interesting, the guides were very informative. We did feel bad for the turtles though, I'm sure they would prefer to be in the open ocean rather than being used as a tourist attraction. The Rarru Cascades were beautiful but very very cold, would also be better to take reef shoes as the rocks are slippery & have spiky shells/snails attached to them. All in all a great tour & a beautiful day out. If your smaller kids aren't strong/good swimmers I would recommend to take a pool noodle or flotation device. Highly recommend.

Amazing Tour - Hosts were amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. Swimming with the turtles was the highlight of the tour for my wife and I.

3 in one tour - Had a beautiful private tour thanks to jack and Annie they were very informative about Vanuatu would definitely do again cheers

Great day out - Amazing blue lagoon, just as amazing turtles up close and pretty waterfall, basic lunch but good enough. This is a must do day out, worth the money

Visiting in Port Vila - It was nice to get out of the city of Port Vila to look around. Waterfall, blue hole, turtles and have a lunch. I did it in 4 hours, because I didn't want to swim.

Find another tour operator - The van was filthy, uncomfortable and noisy. I was in the 3rd row seat and couldn't hear what the tour guide was saying (she was sitting in the front). She should have used a mike and speaker. It's touted as "full day tour" but had only 3 stops and lasted 4 hours.
