Great Introduction to Port of Spain and All Things Trinidad and Tobago - The Port of Spain Highlights Tour and trip to Maracas Beach was outstanding. My tour guide, Janelle, is super knowledgeable about Trinidad and told me all about the history, culture, environment and people of this special place. We stopped for traditional Trinidad snacks and then a delicious bake and shark lunch before heading to the beach. I took this tour first thing when I arrived in Trinidad and it set the scene for me to return to see more at Queen's Park Savannah, Royal Botanic Gardens, Zoo and the President's House. This tour also showcased lots of different types of architecture in Port of Spain, including the upside down hotel, Magnificent Seven Houses, Red House and National Academy for the Performing Arts.

Great tour of city and Maracas Beach - Great communication with this company. Tour was confirmed the night before. Kerwyn called us as soon as we got off the ship and we met him right outside the port. He showed us many of the city sites. He even bought us a Roti lunch and some sweets. We always felt safe and comfortable with him. Our favorite was Maracas Beach. Great bodysurfing here. Definitely do this tour while in port for the day.

POS and Maracas beach - I had the pleasure of having a solo trip with Bridgette. She had a warm smile was friendly. There was plenty to do and see but I was aloud to go at my own pace. I highly reccomend this tour as it gives you a peek into trinidad life.

Outstanding tour on Trinidad!!!!! - Our tour guide, Bridgette, was outstanding. She asked what we were most interested in and tailored her tour accordingly. She brought Trinidad’s sites, history, and culture to life in a very simple manner without making it a lecture. We learned so much from her. Very communicative and very accomodating. Only tour that contacted us BEFORE we arrived in port to make sure we knew where to meet. Well done Dominic and Bridgette!!!

Not a Tropical Paradise. - I thought Trinidad was going to be a typical tropical paradise island but it was far from it, it was more an industrial urban town with no beaches unless you were willing to drive many miles to find one and when you did the beaches were really crappy.

Not up to the standard of a Riu - The reception is really unfriendly, if you are French don't go there, we are 💩, the beach is not at all like in the photos, it's dusty grass so remember to take your shoes. Massages: 249 dollars ok no comment. On the other hand, the buffet is very fresh and good. The room is clean except for the fridge which doesn't work but...

Disappointed to deal with - We didn’t get to complete this tour due to a mix up in cruise ports. However the company is not willing to meet us even half way with refunds. There were no cruise ships in Trinidad that day so they should have known there was an issue. Any company I’ve dealt with knew the cruise ship schedules.
They said they communicated through WhatsApp but I received nothing until I reached out to them through the Viator app.
I have successfully communicated with other tours through the Viator app. I receive those messages immediately through email.
