Kuala Lumpur from Cruise Terminal - Excellent experience! Our guide, Saloko, was waiting for us when we stepped out of the ship. The drive to the Bantu Caves was close to an hour. We had a wonderful time! The steps are heck of a great workout, the monkeys kind of outgoing, but harmless (speak for my own experience). After Bantu, we had an outstanding city tour. It was fantastic and we got to learn much about history and culture. I highly recommend it!

Day trip from Klang to Kuala Lumpur - We looked on Trip Advisor and found this tour. Adiey was at the cruise terminal when we got off the ship and we were on our way to KL. Throughout the day Adiey was very knowledgeable and took us around first to Batu Cave, then Petronas Tower, etc. Weather cooperated most of the day but started pouring on our way back to the port. Adiey expertly navigated the weather and traffic getting us back. Highly recommended for those coming into the Klang Cruise Terminal for an exciting day in KL.

A Great Overview of KL - Saloko was our driver guide and was an excellent choice. He drove us around the city showing us the main sights and accommodated our requests to go to a Batik Shop and shopping mall. He is a wonderful person and excellent driver especially during a very long and difficult drive back to our cruise ship. Traffic is heavy and drive times can be very long getting back to the cruise ship so plan accordingly. Thank you Saloko for a memorable trip!

Jaffar was our driver on... - Jaffar was our driver on this tour. He was very friendly and accommodating. We started at the Batu Caves and progressed to the city highlights. Jaffar adjusted the schedule to our interests. He suggested the Central Market which is an indoor shopping area of Malaysian food, gifts, and handicrafts. Very nice! He also coordinated our arrival at the Royal King's Palace with the equine changing of the guard. We saw the main sites given our limited time in port. Jaffar ensured that we had as much time as we needed at each stop and was always there when we were finished. (No easy feat given the volume of cars and the paucity of available parking.) Kudos to Jaffar for making our visit a memorable one!

it's more like a private... - it's more like a private car with driver, not a tour. But we are satisfied as it meets our needs. The driver is very friendly.

Excellent driver! - Jaafar was an awesome driver and took us to all the places we wanted. He did not rush us one bit, and that is what we value. We let him know our interests for the day, and he flexed around that. Thanks again Jaafar for allowing us to enjoy the day with you!

Best way to see Kuala Lumpur on cruise ship's schedule (without the extreme cruise ship excursion price tag) - We booked this tour because it seemed to be the only way to do the Batu Caves and go up in the Petronas Twin Towers in the allotted time we had in port during our cruise. It was a little over an hour from Port Klang to the caves. In emails before the trip, our driver communicated that we'd need to buy tickets online for Petronas ahead of time and told us what time to purchase them for (which we did). We were able to squeeze in so much on this day by having our own driver/tour guide! He spoke great English and was definitely excited to show us the highlights of Kuala Lumpur! We had picked the Batu Caves & Twin Towers as our priority stops, but Wow!, we were so blessed to have the driver we did! He took us to so much more than we could've known about or expected in the time we had. We talked to people back on board the ship that said their driver told them the roads were closed & they couldn't go to the caves. That was not true! It was their major holiday & it was extremely crowded, but that just made the experience even more fascinating to us and our driver was very experienced & got a great parking spot that didn't require us to walk all that far to the entrance. We had a quick stop at the market where I was able to grab a Chicken & Mushroom Hot Pot for lunch that was delicious (& sizzling!). We stopped at the king's palace, a mosque, the KL Tower (did not go up, but did use the restroom) & the plaza. We arrived in plenty of time for our timed tickets at the Twin Towers. (And yes, tickets were completely sold out for the day, so good thing we'd purchased ahead!) The view was great (could even see the gold statue from the Caves!) & we enjoyed learning about the construction of it. It included the observation walkway & then going to the top, too. Lastly, we had another great cultural photo op experience at a large (& again, crowded) pagoda where they were also celebrating their holiday- New Year. Such a colorful day! This was absolutely the best and most economical way for the 2 of us to spend our day in Kuala Lumpur! The driver had us back to port in plenty of time and I just can't recommend this tour enough! =:)

A fabulous day on limited time - Our experience was amazing from start to finish. We needed to change our pick up time with short notice and it was no problem. Both the company and our driver messaged us the morning of the tour and we were met with a big smile from Mr Ary on our arrival. He took us to Batu Caves, National Square, Old Railway Station, KL tower ( where we had time to go up and see the views over KL), Petronas twin towers, a batek house and Central Market. While we had very limited time due to the late arrival of our ship, we never felt rushed. Ary's english was excellent, photography skills awesome and he was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Would 100% do this tour again! Thank you so much Mr Ary!!

Best driver and guide in KL - Our driver and guide, EPang, made our day! He is super patient and kind throughout the day to drive us from Port Klang to visit all the major tourist spots efficiently based on the traffic pattern in Kuala Lumpur (KL) on a busy Sat. Because of his optimization of the routes and time managment, we were able to visit all the sites and return to the ship in Port Klang on time. KL has been one of the highlights of our trip, thanks to EPang. We would definitely use his serive again if we visit KL in the future.

Customized tour - We took this tour from the cruise terminal and enjoyed the ride and our driver. Parked close to the Batu Caves entrance and endured the steep climb to the top. This stop is a must if its your first time in KL. After that we went to the Kings palace and Independence Square. A stop for independent lunch in central market then back to the ship due to the rain starting. We’ll be back to see more of the city in the future!
