Brilliant Trip - Absolutely first class - I booked very last minute to the point that their office was closed, but I left a voicemail. Had a text from them really swiftly afterwards and they opened up their web site for me to book for the next morning,
Booking in was quick and easy, and they were super helpful. They had a nice option to rent a go pro and I’m so glad that I did !!!! Oh and a wet suit too which was included in the trip cost…..the sea was warm but I’m glad I did the wet suit !!
Really fast out to the inner reef and great fun in the speedboat!! I’d definitely do their outer reef option next time too. .
Well organised into the glass bottom boat and onto the island then off snorkelling. They had given us clear tips on where to head and were checking on us all in the water and pointing out sightings of turtles etc - I swam alongside 2 sea turtles which was incredible….and have the footage to show !!! Lovely tour round the island too which was really interesting
Lovely people with real care and passion for what they do. It’s a small boat and they time their trips to be there before the big trips descend !!!
Highly recommended

A super introduction to snorkling the GBR - A super introduction to snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef
The calm waters of the Low Isles make it an easy option to see some of the aquatic life.

Highly recommend - Brilliant day. Highly recommend to everyone. We had zero experience but were quickly made feel comfortable and spent well over an hour in the water. Amazing nature and wildlife- including sharks, turtles and hundreds of fish- and great island tour too. The guides Toby and Matt were fantastic, brilliant leaders and added great fun to the day with their banter and knowledge.

Highly recommend- wouldn't go anywhere else. - This half day trip was perfect for me and my 2 young kids (7 and 10).
Easy check in process, optical wetsuits and life jackets available.
The crew that took us out were fun, engaging and gave us lots of interesting information. The speed boat out there is so much better than sitting on a slow boat (I'd get sea sick). You then get to also go on the glass bottom boat too to get on to the little island. The island has toilets but the best thing is it isn't crowded. We were able to snorkel off the island and rest back on the island which was great for the kids whilst I kept snorkelling. Saw lots of pretty fish, several turtles, a reef shark and there was even an octopus sighting. The coral doesn't have much colour but that's just how it is and i wasn't really there to see pretty coloured coral- still saw nemos house (haha) and some huge clams and coral. Highly recommend this tour. I couldn't imagine snorkelling any longer, the time was perfect. A big thanks to the crew for helping me with the kids (who were a bit nervous) as it gave me a great day out.

Fantastic afternoon! - Highly recomend Reef Sprinter. We had a wonderful afternoon, staff are fantastic and very professional. The goggles/snorkels and flippers are top quality and they even put anti-fog into the goggles for you. The trip over to the Low Island was like being on a ride and loads of fun. The Island itself is beautiful and you have enough time to wander the island as well as snorkel. We swam with turtles, a school of trevally and a variety of other fish/marine life. This half day tour on the Reef Sprinter is much more personal and efficient than many other full day trips to the outer reef. Definitely worth the money, this was the highlight of out trip to Port Douglas and would definitely go again!

Superlative Sprinter - What a fantastic trip, whizzed out to Low isles to witness amazing marine life. The abundance of fish was unbounded and help and support with snorkelling technique was available if needed.
I was hoping to see some wildlife but this truly surpassed my expectations so much so I recommended it to a family on my return who duly signed up, hope they had as much fun as we did.

No sickness in sight!! - Cannot rave enough about this experience! I was very anxious about sickness but keen to join my family at Low Isles if I could manage it. Kate in the office was wonderful and so patient with all my questions and efforts to find the best weather possible. She even called me at one point to suggest a change of day. We communicated via email, phone and in person and not once did Kate make me feel like I was a nuisance, when I must have been driving her batty! On the day, the staff were great. They kept me calm and were very friendly and entertaining. My kids LOVED the boat ride and yes I survived without any hint of seasickness! Although I was exceptionally anxious on the trip over, I was actually able to enjoy the return trip, as I knew I had nothing to fear. Once out at Low Isles I saw fish, coral and even sea turtles within 10 minutes of hitting the water. Unbelievable! Thank you, thank you so much to the whole crew. It was an experience I will never forget, and I'm so grateful they supported me to feel I could give it a try. I recommend Reef Sprinter 100 times over.
