Horrible experience - what a crazy nightmare... boat docks numbers were not visible at the time of the morning. we approached a dock to ask and he looked found our names and told us to board. it was the wrong place and was not the right tour. We tried asking and it made us late and miss the next tour we had scheduled that day. messing up and wasting $ and our day. Now they will not refund any part even though it was not our fault.
