Wonderful experience! Great tour, highly recommend - Gerson was a great guide! It was wonderful to get a tour and learn about all the history, plants and animals, geology, and culture in Santo Antão as we did our walk. Highly recommend.

Beautiful coastal hike - Leave Ponta do Sol early in the morning with a few liters of water in the bag. In our opinion and opinion, departure from Ponta Do Sol and arrival at Cruzinha! Plan for a return taxi if you sleep in Ponta Do Sol or if you continue your crossing, stay in Cruzinha or Cha de Igreja! Magnificent coastal path with very pretty views of the ocean! We cross Fontainhas first (extraordinary bird's eye view of this colorful village with many terraced crops) You can also stop for drinks in a small Tchu bar! Two other small villages will punctuate the hike before arriving at Cruzinha! The trail is very nice! It goes up and down but it's worth it! We recommend 🥾👍🏻

Must do - Beautiful walk. A must. Unsightly colorful village in the middle of the mountains. Fairly steep sections. Alternation between descending and ascending.
