Great Tour and Terrific Guide - The tour is fantastic. We had Paulo and we had such a great time. Food and drinks were delicious. The hot springs were so relaxing. However, word to the wise. If you have any valuables better to rent a locker for 2 euros. We got cash stolen from our backpack using the baskets. Even with that mishap, it was an excellent experience.

Highly recommended - Fantastic experience. Tour guide took us through lots of local experiences and history. Amazing views, splendid hot springs, got to taste tea made from a hot spring and taste the spring itself.

Furnas Night Time Experience - An exiting evening and made better by our guide Eduardo. He was very knowledgeable and shared history with us. The meal was good. Walking around the thermal springs and trying out the water from natural springs was also very well orchestrated. Eduardo had us try the tea we brewed from one of the springs. The thermal bath experience was equally enjoyed. A good trip and value for money.

Amazingly Relaxing - Relaxing & Awesome experience. We truly appreciate Nelson finding us a place to eat that highlights local cuisines. The Furnas bath is amazingly invigorating.

Amazing Thermal Baths, Excellent Guide and Management with Disappointing Meal - Relaxing and authentic experience in the volcanic countryside of Sao Miguel. The geothermal hot spring thermal baths were close to 100 F but soothing and relaxing. Doing it at night made it even more special though it was somewhat crowded with locals and tourists There are 4 bathing areas and 2 with must use waterfalls. Bring a change of clothes , towel and 1 euro for showering afterwards. The meal at Tony's , however was very disappointing. Though from the volcanic undersurface, It tasted like mass produced Portuguese stew with dry meat and vegetables and bland desserts. The calamari was slightly better so basically have low expectations for the meal. The food for the customers ordering a la carte seemed to appear more appetizing. Our tour leader, Hugo, was patient and knowledgeable and had a surprise "purple" green tea at the end near the natural geysers. Overall, a worthwhile adventure

Must book! Great! - We had booked a trip over a month ago on Viator. Literally the night before (over a month after booking and after pick up details, Viator told us that the tour was sold out.) We booked this through TripAdvisor the night before- and Wow! What a great trip! Raphael was an awesome guide. He is fun, informative, great driver, handled everything perfectly! The hot springs are amazing - dinner is great, our small group was a blast, zero complaints! All compliments! I am so happy that Viator messed up and we ended up on this trip. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience and good people - The scheduling was made clear, and the timing matched the description for the most part. The tour itself was small enough to be personable and let you connect with everyone involved. Hugo was an excellent tour guide, and was very knowledgeable about the island, it's history, and what we would be encountering. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was fun to experience some of the traditional cuisine of the island. The hot springs were also very nice, a better experience than many I have been to. This was a great experience and agency.

Good food followed by a soak in the thermal springs - This was a great evening with a view of Furnas followed by meal (Cozido). We then walked through the town and sampled the hot spring water with the novel addition of some "purple"green tea made from the hot spring water. (The purple coloured tea was the reaction to the elements in the water.)
We finished in Poça da Dona Beija for 90 minutes evening soak in the thermal springs.
Felipe was informative and light hearted throughout making the experience more enjoyable than simply doing the sights.
