• Picos de Aventura - Animation and Leisure - The adventure kicks off in the morning with a whale watching tour led by our skilled team of marine biologists. Following an initial safety briefing, we set sail from the marina to seek out some of the 28 cetacean species that can be observed in the Azores year-round — all from the comfort of a fast, secure boat, with stunning coastal views as your backdrop.

After returning to shore, there will be time to refresh with a picnic-style lunch at the marina.

In the afternoon, the adventure continues with an even more immersive activity: swimming with dolphins in open water. After a second briefing and a brief adaptation to the snorkeling gear (mask and snorkel), participants will gently enter the water to swim alongside groups of dolphins in their natural environment — always respecting their space and natural behavior. This is a profound moment of connection with nature — exhilarating, safe, and conducted with the environmental responsibility that defines us.

The whale watching segment accommodates up to 24 people per boat. Swimming with dolphins is limited to 8 per boat. Activities are always conducted on a fast, semi-rigid rubber boat.
