- Loggerhead Marina - The journey begins at Loggerhead Marina, heading south towards Ponce Inlet and the southern end of the barrier island. Along the way, there will be opportunities to spot dolphins, stingrays, and other marine life, and perhaps even catch a glimpse of the elusive manatee! The route offers views of numerous seafront mansions and several bridges, including the Main Street drawbridge and Memorial Bridge.
- Ponce Inlet - Upon reaching the Inlet, time will be spent admiring the Ponce de Leon Lighthouse, one of the few operational lighthouses left in Florida. The tour will pass by Disappearing Island, a sandbar that appears and disappears with the tides, attracting over 100 boats and party-goers on weekends. The adventure continues into the mouth of the Inlet for a brief excursion on the Atlantic Ocean, offering unobstructed views of the eastern horizon.
- New Smyrna Beach - From the Inlet, the journey proceeds south to explore the breathtaking scenery and waterfront homes of New Smyrna Beach.
