I will welcome you at Bosco de’ Medici Winery and we will start together with the tour of the property, after jumping on our golf cart. We will visit an experimental vineyard located inside our property, I will explain you our history and the winemaking tradition in this area, starting with the Greeks. We will go visiting a Necropoli from 79 AD, part of the ruins of Pompeii. Then we will come back in the wine cellar, equipped with stainless silos, wooden barrels and terracotta amphorae. The tour will end up with the lunch and wine tasting. So you will taste our food and the wines that we produce here. You will start with a rich appetizer, composed by octopus browned on mixed salads from the Bosco de ‘Medici garden; a first course Raviolo stuffed with sea bass in a seafood stew; aFillet of turbot in an aromatic panura and a tasty homemade dessert.

The first stop will be the vineyard on our property where I will tell you about the history of winemaking here that dates back to the Greeks. We will explore a necropolis from 79 AD, a part of Pompeii’s ruins. We will then return back to the wine cellar, equipped with stainless silos, wooden barrels and terracotta jars. The concluding part of the tour will feature a lunch along with a wine tasting. Therefore, you will sample our locally-produced wines alongside our menu. Starting with a lavish appetizer featuring Neapolitan traditional delicacies, a ‘Grandma Emiddia Ravioli pasta’ main dish, a supplementary course of entrecote with vegetables, and a delightful homemade dessert served in a cute little jar.
