Anna arranged our entire trip starting from Naples to Sorrento, Pompeii, Positano to Almafi, Ravello and point to Naples. Everything she coordinated was so perfect and checked in with us along the way. Our first limo driver was Giulio. He informed us of all the interesting sites along the way from Naples to Sorrento Giulio gave us outstanding customer service, a welcoming arrival to Sorrento by stopping at a scenic view point to take a picture of my husband and I and bought us lemoncello. He is so knowledgeable on the food, wine and culture of the people of Sorrento. He made our ride so enjoyable and he is so fun and a fabulous driver. We had a private tour which he drove us to Pompeii, lunch at Cantina del Vesuvius Winery and Herculaneum. We had an excellent, knowledgeable, fun private tour guide Pierpaola for both Pompeii and Herculaneum. It was amazing day and Guilio added to the joy with his upbeat personality, with his passion for being a limo driver and the patience that he exhibited throughout the long day. He tailored the day perfectly. We requested Giulio again to take us to Almafi and Ravello. Once again he made a big effort to make lunch arrangements at a 5 star hotel Caruso Belmont Hotel for lunch which sits on the most beautiful grounds with lemon trees, flowers and the most gorgeous views of Ravello. He also took us to a beautiful ceramic store that sits on the stunning Almafi Coast which had real authentic Italian ceramic. Giulio Went above and beyond for us. Our next driver Francesco from Positano to Naples was also outstanding. He was a safe driver, very engaging, pointed out all the beautiful and interesting sites along the way, and made our ride very enjoyable. Our last driver Vincenzo drove us from our Naples Hotel to the airport at 4:30 am. We we felt so stressed going to the airport so early but the minute we stepped into Vincenzo limo he had beautiful soothing music playing, his energy was so calming, and informed us about all the historic sites on the way to the Naples airport. He had such a polite way about him that all anxiety starting to decrease. All the drivers showed up in very nice air conditioned new Mercedes.

Full day of pure engagement - Highly recommend this experience and JB accommodated our needs 100% to make for a memorable experience. Pompeii is a challenging site for adults but Mena kept us and our kids engaged. We were kept cool in our transport and taken to a great pizza lunch. Finally we finished in Naples and experienced a real gem of a museum. Totally overlooked by the crowds.

Family group of 8 Adults had one of the best days of the vacation! - We were very pleased with our tour. They were on-time for pick up and return, van was very nice and clean, and driver knew the best spots for scenic pictures. We were able to customize our day and we traded Pompeii for Herculeum which is more authentic with less crowds. We rushed to get to the archeological site very early and we virtually had the place to ourselves. By the time we left 2 hours later, it was getting crazy. The guide was very knowledgable and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The drive past Sorrento and to the Amalfi Coast was breathtaking. They arranged a family style 6 course meal at a family run place at top of Positano. It was a highlight of our vacation. My only note is that the Naples traffic can be bad and the single lane roads back from Positano can easily be clogged. Therefore, to give assurance of return before cruise ship left, we left Positano after late lunch and did not have time to see the town. We got back to the ship 1.5 hours before departure. It would have been nice to see more of the town if we had known how long the return drive will take. Therefore, it is vital that you plan everything most important to you before 2pm in the day as the rest of the time may not allow you all you wish to see. Of course, if you are not on a cruise leaving the same day, then it is all good.
