Memorable and So worth it! - We had an amazing day with Antonio on this full day tour. The communications were timely and everything was smooth. Beautiful Mercedes van and cold beverages to travel. Antonio's knowledge of Pompeii and Herculaneum was astounding! He made the day interesting, fun and memorable. I highly reccomend his services. This was so worth the money. The experience would not have been the same without him!

Perfect day with a great historian! - Toni picked us up on time as we left the cruise terminal. He was a great historian with much experience in the area. We loved hearing the information about Pompeii and Herculaneum with photos showing what things looked like at the time before the eruption. I felt as though a friend was giving us the grand tour! Sadly we did not have time for Vesuvius. He gauged our time perfectly and allowed us to stop in Pompeii for the best lunch ever! Do not hesitate to take this tour. If we could give 10 stars we would! Bravo!

History brought to life by our incredible guide! - My husband and I had the most INCREDIBLE day with Antonino (Tony)!! He was beyond accommodating when we didn’t have our Vesuvius tickets! He rearranged our day, picked us up early, entered the lottery and secured us tix the morning of!! We were SO GRATEFUL for his willingness to help us and for his ability to do so! 🤩 Our day was filled with stories, legends, mythology and the most fascinating history! Tony brought it all to life for us, and we could really visualize what life would have been like in both Pompeii and Herculaneum. It was like walking back through time. His love for what he does makes this experience exceptional because of his enthusiasm and knowledge. There is so much ground to cover, but he knows all the highlights and important things to see. There is absolutely no way we could have done all 3 venues in one day without him!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this tour. Tony is a wealth of kindness and knowledge. Best trip we could ask for - This was the best tour on our trip. Antonito was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. He made sure we had water, umbrellas (if needed), and was a fabulous guide. I can’t recommend this more highly.

Great day in Pompeii - The best part of our trip was the private guide, Antonio. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind. He made the day very relaxed and fun for us. Cost was a little high but still well worth it.

A most enjoyable day. - The tour agent contacted me before hand to finalise details. Driver and guide came on time. The ride was comfortable. The guide, Maria, speaks good English. Her explanation was clear and interesting. In both Herculaneum and Pompeii, she picked important spots for us to see. It was a most enjoyable day.

Awesome experience! - Antonino was the best guide: engaging, knowledgeable, and entertaining! He picked us up at our hotel promptly at the time specified and got us to Vesuvius as they were opening the park. Climbing Vesuvius has been a bucket list item for quite awhile and to be there before the crowds arrived was wonderful. We also loved hearing about Pompeii and Herculaneum from Antonino. He was very knowledgeable and made every story interesting. Highly recommend Antonino and this tour if you are interested in ancient history and specifically this historical Vesuvius eruption and subsequent Pompeii and Herculaneum tragedy.
