Amazing and memorable experience with Marco! - This experience was amazing overall and my favorite thing we did while in this region. The parking pin did not lead us directly to the correct parking lot (a large dirt lot just before you hit town), but it all worked out okay in the end as the street parking and walk back to the correct spot was not a problem for us. The guide, Marco, was incredibly welcoming, warm, and made us feel like he was sharing his life's passion with us. The group was 4 boats of 2, which felt like a great size for this activity. Marco was very thorough in showing us the basics to keep us safe and always displayed a calm leadership, while smiling and taking many pictures of all of us. Once we got to the swimming cave, it felt very relaxed and not rushed. We spent more time than I expected there and it was very special.

You must do this ! - For someone a bit scared of the sea this was surprisingly, for me, the best day of my holiday. Marco gave a good talk beforehand about the different strokes we’d need to use and how to get in and out of the kayak etc. I wish that could’ve taken place under cover or in some shade as we were all nearly passing out with the heat so it was delicious to get into the gorgeous lukewarm water in the little cove. It was very easy to row along and we visited the caves running along the shoreline, stopping in one to have a swim. Lots of photo opportunities. The whole experience took about 3 hrs and we all thoroughly enjoyed it.

40 minutes from port but worth it!!! - We had such a fun time. We learned the basics of kayaking in a mini course first and then enjoyed some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen. Our kids, ages 12 and 10, were also able to really enjoy it. CRUISE PASSENGERS MAKE NOTE: if you are porting in Bari this experience is about 35-40 minutes drive from the port and taxis are very expensive so plan ahead. It was totally worth it!

Breathtaking views! - This trip was absolutely stunning! The views along the coast were gorgeous, the caves were truly magical, and the crystal-clear, cool water made the experience even more refreshing. While the tour is labeled as beginner-friendly, I’d recommend having at least a little kayaking experience. The sea can be rough and the wind strong—our guide, Marco, mentioned that these conditions are typical for the area. So, be ready for a bit of a workout! A few tips: water shoes are a must—the terrain is very rocky, especially when getting in and out of the kayak. Also, keep in mind that not everyone in the group may be experienced, so you might get bumped into a few times. That said, Marco was fantastic! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. All in all, a beautiful, memorable day on the water. Highly recommended if you’re up for a bit of adventure!
