- I Trulli di Alberobello - World Heritage Site - Stroll through the historic center with the opportunity to explore one of the thousands of trulli from the inside. Visit the Trullo Sovrano (2 euros), the most grand and historically rich, now a museum. Explore the Trullo Church dedicated to Sant’Antonio da Padova. The trulli are remarkable examples of dry stone slab construction, a technique dating back to prehistoric times and still in use in this region. These traditional dry stone huts feature a roof made of dry-set slabs and served as temporary shelters or permanent homes for small landowners or agricultural workers. Constructed from roughly worked limestone, extracted during excavations for underground cisterns, and stones collected from the countryside and nearby rocky outcrops, these buildings have a distinctive rectangular structure with a conical roof made of set stones.
- Matera - Explore the ancient area known as Sassi and enjoy a lunch break at one of the many local restaurants. The name Sassi refers to the two main neighborhoods that form the historic center of Matera, Baresano and Caveoso, crafted from the local tuff stone. Partly excavated and partly constructed, these rock complexes have been inhabited since prehistoric times. Designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1993, they are a testament to exceptional human life since ancient times. Guided tours are available upon request.

Great service, great guy - I was trying to figure out how to day-trip to Matera when I found Enzo’s service on TripAdvisor. Worked out great. Met Enzo at Bari Centrale. Since we had some time prior to my tour starting in Matera, he suggested we stop in Altamura on the way. Was able to visit the Cathedral and then we also went to this 500 year old bakery that I never would have found on my own and we got some focaccia pizza for our lunch which was delish.
Communication on the front end was quick and responsive and the logistics during the day were seamless. On the return to Bari, before dropping me back off at the train station, he gave me a quick tour of his city and also dropped me off at a spot where I could walk thru the old city of Bari on my way back to the station which was great.
Enzo is also a great guy, fun conversations on the way to/from Matera. Would highly recommend!

Great trip and relaxing to have another drive us! - Enzo accommodated our preferences and even got us in to a quick wine taste as we requested. Lunch recommendation was awesome! Drive was comfortable and he was always waiting for us!

Great Puglia experience tailored to your needs - Enzo is an awesome guide with a great knowledge about region and its most beautiful places. We had two day tours with Enzo and he helped us to arrange them in a best way possible - sightseeing, local food, some interesting facts about places we've been to. And all this in spacious, clean and comfortable car :)

Excellent - Vincenzo was an excellent guide, very flexible with times. Knowledgeable of the local areas without bombarding you with excessive information. We visited Alberobello and a longer time in Matera, which was perfect. Such a great guide, was like going on an outing with a friend. Would definitely recommend booking with Vincenzo.

Beautiful regions of Pulia by car - If you want to visit the beauty of Puglia and Matera in a comfortable and air conditioned car with an extremely friendly and knowledgeable guide, Ezio’s tour is for you. Enzo was so accommodating that he took us to two other regions, Polignano a Mare and Locorotondo, as well as the scheduled Alberobello and Matera.

See the hinterland of Puglia by car without having the hassles of parking - We travelled and stopped at Alberobello
, Martina Franca and Ostuni for a wonderful appreciation of this area of Pulgia. Enzo then drove us back along the coast road to see the resorts and archaeological site of Egnazia. Enzo was very knowledgeable. His car was spotless.

Fun day of culture and adventure in Puglia/Matera - Great day travelling around Alberobello, Matera, Ostuni, and some smaller picturesque cities around Puglia. Enzo was a wonderful, punctual host and very accommodating to our scheduling needs.

Day tour Matera, alberoville - I arranged a day tour with Edson and it was an enjoyable event. Matera was nice with cobblestone paths and several churches and ancient caves. It involves lot of walking and climbing steps. The day can be very hot in the summer months, hence it is better to tour the place during the morning hours when it is cooler and less crowded. The cobblestone paths can be slippery on wet days.
The next stop was Alberoville, apart from the unique houses it is more of a souvenir sales spot.
The next stop was Poligniano. Touists flock because of secluded beach again a popular tourist attraction. Enjoyed Matera the most.
My Tour guide Edson caters for private small group tours and driver as well. He is friendly, amiable and speaks fluent english. Basically he will drop you at the destinations, give some historical information and you can do the tour on your own or follow a local tour guide

Ok - Comfortable car. Friendly driver. However we did not get the guided tour that we’re expecting and were left to our own devices to get around at the stops. We may have read the tour information incorrectly
