We’ll pedal along rural pathways, past farm dwellings and dry-stacked stone barriers, covering a distance of 22 km or approximately 14 miles. Our journey begins in Polignano a Mare, a town hailed as the ‘Adriatic’s Gem’, and leads us towards Conversano, a village rich in history and artistry located in Puglia. A delightful respite awaits us at a traditional Puglian bakery, where we’ll sample freshly-baked Apulian focaccia by Donato, paired with wine for those who desire. Prior to our return to Polignano, we’ll take a leisurely pause at the ‘Verso’ bar to refresh and replenish with a drink.

*The bike tour is restricted to participants of a minimum height of 163 cm (5’4 ft).
