As a marine biologist with a penchant for exploring the world’s most stunning aquatic destinations, I was naturally drawn to the allure of the Latchi & Akamas Peninsula. The promise of pristine waters and breathtaking views was too tempting to resist. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm, familial welcome that set the tone for the entire experience. The seamless transition from the shop to the yacht was a testament to the professionalism and hospitality of the Latchi Watersports team.

James, the deckhand, was our first point of contact, and his friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease. He guided us to the boat, where we met Paul, our skipper for the day. Paul’s safety briefing was thorough yet reassuring, and his knowledge of the area was evident from the start. The boat itself was immaculate, with ample space and a welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary fruit platter and soft drinks were a delightful touch, adding to the sense of luxury and care.

Exploring the Blue Lagoon
