1. Booking Confirmation
   Upon completing your online ticket purchase, a confirmation will be sent to you detailing your travel date, departure time, seat number, and meeting location.

2. Arrival at Meeting Point
   Passengers are advised to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure at the Tourist Bus Park in Pokhara.

3. Locate the Bus
   At the tourist bus stop, look for the bus labeled “Open Visit Nepal.” The license plate will be either 1740 or 1741, and our staff will be available to assist you with boarding.

4. Boarding the Bus
   Present your booking confirmation to the staff and board the VIP Sofa Tourist Bus. You may then proceed to your assigned seat and store small luggage in the designated area.

5. Journey to Pokhara
   The bus departs from Pokhara and travels along the picturesque Prithvi Highway towards Kathmandu. The journey lasts approximately 7–8 hours, with 2–3 stops for meals and restroom breaks.

6. Arrival in Kathmandu
