I have a great experience at Xplor Park! - The park is in excellent conditions. Clean, well maintained, signs everywhere are very helpful. All the employees are very polite, friendly, and helpful. The food at the restaurant was five stars food.

Detailed review - I did a ton of research and read reviews from various websites before booking, so I was a bit hesitant at first. Here are some tips if you’re considering this excursion (we went while traveling on a cruise): What to Wear: To stay comfortable, make sure you have sturdy water shoes since the park can be wet and a bit slippery in places. I recommend wearing a rash guard and shorts over your bathing suit if you're planning to zipline. If you want to carry your cell phone around your neck, definitely grab a waterproof pouch—waist pouches aren’t allowed. They sell all these essentials at the gift shop- obviously marked up. Physical Activity: Be prepared for a lot of walking, stairs, and some steep inclines and declines. Someone in my group had a knee replacement and another had an ankle replacement, and while they managed fine, it was a bit challenging at times. Buffet: The food and drink selection were excellent! Large variety to meet everyone’s needs. We got to skip the line because of our cruise group, but those who came independently faced long waits. Favorite Activity: The ziplining and hammock swing were by far the highlights for us. Staff: I had read reports of rude staff, but I didn't experience that at all. They clearly communicate what you can and can’t bring, so if you show up on the zipline with a selfie stick, I can understand why they’d be upset. Lockers: The lockers were a great feature for storing dry clothes and identification. They’re included in the price, and you get a secure wristband to use them. Pictures: The price is determined by the amount of people in your party. I think 1 person is around $40 USD and a group of 4 was approximately $85. The pictures are done by cameras setup around the park, you will end up with a few random families or people in your package. Overall, we had an amazing time and would totally do it again! The ride to get there was a bit long, but it was worth it. Just bring some patience, maybe some ibuprofen if you lead a more sedentary lifestyle, and be ready for a fast-paced experience—you might feel a little rushed if you want to fit in all the activities.

Enjoy and 100% Adrenaline - Another pearl of this wonderful necklace of the XCARET group, and from my point of view of the most contestable. We arrived early to enjoy the day, we went by car rented in AVIS (which I recommend) admission is very fast for registration and assignment of helmets and lockers to store your belongings. It should be noted that to do the activities it is convenient not to carry anything, except I think this allowed go pro camars to put on the helmet. They are 7 activities of different "intensity" but all very good. We took advantage of the fact that there were not many people, there is a panel in the main hall where is the heart that indicates the state of delay of each activity, and we start with the Toboganxote, an extraordinary and challenging experience. Then we move to something with less adrenaline and quieter like swimming through Rio Subterraneo, where there are two paths, the short one is about 5 minutes and the long one in the region of 30 minutes. The "roof" of the river is full of stalactites that gives an unparalleled touch to the activity. The next activity and quite similar but the difference is that the tour can partly be done walking on the water and you do not need to swim, is the Underground Expedition. There are several places called "rest area" where you can eat some snacks, fruit and have some rich juices To continue with the activities and as one of the highlights are the Ziplines, where you can opt for a short but very enjoyable circuit that lasts a few minutes and another circuit of 7 ziplines that lasts about 30 minutes or so more the corresponding wait because it is one of the most demanded activities A quieter but equally enjoyable option is the Hamacuatization where the concept is the same as sitting in a mesh hammock and are two short stretches ending in the water. Returning to the underground rivers, we took the raft ride along an underground river and paddled with our hands. Rafts can be single or in pair Last but not least enjoyable, there are the Amphibious Vehicles that have two circuits where you can walk among the jungle, steep descents, suspension bridges, submersible steps, and others. It should be noted that for this activity you must have +18 to drive the vehicle but you can only be an escort but also enjoy. Included in the park entrance package is the very well-stocked, very tasteful and hearty buffet lunch, all to replenish the lost energy and continue with the activities. There is no admission limit and it is open throughout the day As an addition I recommend to buy along with the entrance the PhotoPass, as you will take a lot of amazing photos and at the same time there are automatic photos on slide, in the amphibians and the zip lines that will surprise you Very enjoyable and 100% recommended

Fun day out! - My husband and I had a really fun day out at Xplor. The zip lines are great fun, however you have to do one after another, you can’t have a break inbetween as they’re all linked together, not the end of the world. My favourite was the buggies, these are great fun! I was a bit disappointed the big slide was shut as that looks like one of the biggest attractions. The food they supply is really good. For anyone travelling here for the first time, bring water shoes! And wear clothes that are good for getting wet, I felt too exposed wearing just a bikini all day so worse shorts as well. Also, I wouldn’t waste your money on their photos, you can take as many pic as you want as they have cameras all around the resort, but for us to pay nearly $90 for a link to some pics is ALOT. I would take a waterproof case and get your own pics!

Recommendation with a but - Great experience We enjoyed it very much Two recommended improvements To change the amphibious cars from gas motor to electric motor The burned gas is getting in to the caves and sufficate the explorer. As for the photos price, it's extremely scandalous - 90 $ for all. It is almost the park is cost!

Amazing Adventure, But Bring Your Own Water Shoes! - Xplor is an adventure lover’s dream with zip lines, underground rivers, and jungle rides, but here’s an important tip: several activities require water shoes, so bring your own (and maybe a spare pair). If you lose one—like during the zipline water landing—employees won’t help retrieve it, and the ones sold on-site are extremely overpriced. The same applies to waterproof phone cases, so come prepared. Also, don’t underestimate how much time you’ll need! We arrived at 9:45 AM and still didn’t get to do everything.
