Some activities are not recommended during pregnancy, persons with heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension or claustrophobia.

- Minimum age: 5 years. Child price applies between 5 – 11 years old, but must show official ID. Only over 18 ´s with proof of driving license may drive the amphibious vehicles.
- Minimum age required for Hammock Splash activity: 6 years.
- At Zip-lines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft. The minimum weight required is 88 lbs. and a maximum of 300 lbs. The circumference capacity of the harness belt is 51 in and 27 in for the legs.
- Transportation included only from/to centrally located Hotels in Playa del Carmen City.

Yahoo Fun! - This was a very fun-filled day. Zip lines were where we started and it's a good idea because it gets so hot and you do have to do a lot of walking uphill and walking up stairs. The next thing we did was the buggy adventure and that was so much fun we did it twice. Hitting those big water holes were exhilarating and there's more than one course so you get a different experience every time. Lunch was absolutely wonderful with hamburgers and pork chops and pasta and chicken wings all sorts of wonderful food and great drinks too. As far as I could tell there was no alcohol available on the adventure however that's probably a good idea considering it is an adventure park. If you are a real thrill seeker make sure you try out the water slide. I was absolutely terrified the whole time on it and it ends up with a splash in the water park The Little Wave Park. We tried the underground water swim and it was absolutely beautiful and I was worried it was going to be too cold but it was nice A little chilly but absolutely beautiful. I found a river rafting in the cenotes not much fun because people would get stuck because the paddling can be hard for a beginner and I wouldn't do that one again. The hammock Splash was a blast. I would recommend this park experience to anyone and make sure you take the picture package it's well worth

Xplor is worth the trip! - Great time at the park. The best parts were the cave swim and the ziplines. The lunch was easy and the food was very good.

Nexus tour xplor - I was staying a Riu Latino where I met Armando Prado, a sales representative for NexusTours, after a short chat he understood exactly what I was looking for and he suggested to try the Tour xplore fuego. I must say it was quite fun, something unique that mixes exploration of Mexican forest and snorkeling and other fun activities for the whole afternoon at a very good price. Thanks Armando and all the nexus team

Amazing Xplor trip and booking rep - The xplor trip was amazing for all the family and Juan Diego Chan who booked it all for us was brilliant. He ensured we were kept up to date with all details and tips required for the day. Nothing was a problem with him and he kept in touch which was very reassuring for the family. Would definitely recommend him to book any trips 😀

Fun in the sun - Upon coming to the royalton, we experienced overall good service. Jonathan was in particular very helpful with our excursion on a boat named island discovery. He was referred by Manuel who was also very in tune with what we wanted out of our experience. Immediately Jonathan made the process so easy by booking with him virtually due to our busy schedule on the resort and preparing us exactly what to expect on the trip. The trip was safe, fun, amazing and me and my family would definately do it again!

Awesome - Daniel GarcÃa helped us book one of the greatest experiences, we didn't know what to do, since we have a rental, daniel recomended xplor, it was amazing! While we were flying and driving through the jungle, the cook master was grilling the steaks and the smell over the place was unbelievable! Over all, great experience, thank you Nexus tours!

I recommend Xplor if you're in Playacar - Xplor was fun and our party was able to do everything the park had to offer. The buffet was also pretty good. The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 star was that our original date to go (Nov. 9), we were never picked up. We were told that our driver was already there to pick us up, which was completely a different time than our confirmed time of pickup. Anyways, we contacted Nexus and changed our date to Nov 11. Was slightly an inconvenience since we already had an excursion that day, but we really wanted to do Xplor
