Xcaret was insane!!! - This place was seriously next level! The jungle vibes, underground rivers, and crazy good view made it feel like a real life adventure. The shows were awesome. Felt like stepping into Mexican history! Snorkeling and floating in the rivers was really fun. With we had more time for everything, but still, 10/10 experience. If you're in Mexico. Just go! You won't regret it!

MUST VISIT!!! SEA TURTLES EVERYWHERE - This was my wife and I first ever excursion and we had a blast. The food was great and all you can eat all the animals looked healthy and happy. The park had so many different things to see so you had something to do all day and the show was really cool and interesting. Definitely this is a must do if you’re anywhere close by!!

A great day out with so much to do and see - This was a fantastic day out but worked out expensive after we paid to do additional activities on top of the entry fee. The park is huge with so much to see and do, the underwater river swim was brilliant. My advice would be to get all the things you want to do that involve getting wet done first, then once that’s all done you can get changed and wander round the park more comfortably. I would recommend paying extra for the photo package, although still take your camera with you for those extra shot like pictures of the animals and shows. We also paid extra to do the ‘Sea Trek” which was really good……if your going to pay for additional activities don’t do more than 2 as you just won’t have time to do and see all the other things the park has to offer. The spectacular show at the end of the day was brilliant, we paid extra to have VIP treatment with the dinner included and front row seats but should we ever go again I wouldn’t bother paying extra as the food portions were small, the menu was not to my liking and there were not any alternatives. All in all though I’d recommend this trip!!

Xcaret Tour - Superb tour whether you want to bathe or not this park is superb a lot of things to do and see, plan a lot of walking then good shoe. We took the photo pack and dinner show in the evening. Very nice well-loved well-run show with dinner included. The Boff horse show. I'd love to do it again.

Well Organised - We thought evey thing was well organised the pick up from our hotel & the actual park there were plenty of staff around to ask questions & the park was very clean. However, the lookers were not very big. They just about fitted our rucksack in. The show was excellent, but the seats were very uncomfortable.

Good day out - can get expensive though - Great day out. Facilities were good with lots of options for food and drink. $500 ish for the tickets, but the interactions were then another $550, plus photos for dolphins and swim shoes etc…. We booked through TUI and then got the Ray encounter half price. We paid extra and swam with dolphins and rays. Both experiences were brilliant and I would highly recommend. The dolphins are in big pens in the sea which seems more natural for them rather than a pool we’ve seen elsewhere. Take beach/swimming shoes if you have them. They sell them there for about $30 a pair if you don’t. Buy one of the waterproof phone pouches so you can’t take your own photos In the water. Make sure you keep your receipt on you for any interactions you book. Be prepared at the dolphin encounter, if you want your photos the packages start at $200 ish. Make sure your haggle them down. We got the $300 package for $200 in the end. We didn’t do the evening show as you didn’t get picked up until 21:30 so opted to get the earlier transport which was at 16:00, this then made the day feel really short with doing the two interactions but we did manage to rush around and see most of the park before we had to leave, however we did sacrifice the meal you got with your ticket so we didn’t lose more time. Good day, kids loved it and would recommend visiting.

Great theme park but expensive - Great theme park, lots of stuff to do but very expensive. Don’t miss the underground river and the final show. Staff was very helpful.

Very expensive - CONS: There are a lot of activities to do; however; the cost is not worth it. The activities with the aquatic life (snorkeling and interacting with dolphins) are very short for the price you pay. PROS: Swimming through the underground river was beautiful and unique. There are several cameras throughout the place that you can use for photos if you don't want to carry a camera or phone around with you (if you pay for the photo package). The staff were friendly.

Great park, bad transportation in the morning - Xcaret park was amazing!!!! I had a great time. I would recommend this to everybody. No complaints about the park. My only problem was my transportation in the morning. I could not get in contact with the driver or the company. I was outside at 7 o’clock looking for my transportation and could not find it. I had to pay a cab 630 pesos just to get to the bus station to catch another bus. The bus conductor Kevin was very informant and helpful.

DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY!!! - I have travelled all over the world and I’ve been on lots of excursions and trips some have been fantastic others average other not so good but I’ve never written a bad review until today. This trip is not value for money at all me and my gf paid 370usd which works out £292 for this. I’d of sooner of not gone. There is one activity you can do for free which is a swim in the river which was extremely busy. Everything else you had to pay extra for which I can understand if you get in for free but to pay the high entry fee then be asked to pay for extras it’s a joke. If I came to Mexico again and someone said to me I could go here for free honestly I still wouldn’t come. Try Xplor it’s cheaper all activities are free and it’s just a lot better than this. We was meant to stay all day and watch the night time shows by 3pm we was bored and got taken back on the early bus. I would advise anyone going to Mexico not to do this.
