Tulum com Raul - Our guide was Raul. It was 5 stars! It was very friendly, explained very well everything that was going on throughout the day. He was always very concerned about the well-being of everyone in the group. I highly recommend!

Life is for living. - Today we were picked up from the hotel with our guide Raul to experience the tour of 3 very different activities from each other.
It is really worth living all the sensations you experience.
Turtles are... Tulum, cenotes...
But there is something important to highlight and it is the magnificent work of our guide. We've been on excursions for days and I haven't received equal treatment from anyone. Professional, super friendly and close, caring for everyone and taking care of every detail. Thank you for telling us the story as if it were a story. Few people exist as dedicated to others, and this is to be appreciated. And highlight your knowledge among several languages. We will wait for you in Madrid whenever you want.

Unforgettable experience - The day was excellent in everything, the professionalism and cordiality of the guide Raul Villagomez was unique, in many years I had never found such a super guide, explained everything to us perfectly and made us feel at home. Super raccomandado the tour and if you can ask for this exceptional guide!

Excursion to Tulum, Cenotes, and playa del Carmen. - We did the tour with just tulum, cenotes, and playa del Carmen. It was amazing! The whole family had a blast. Jose, Freddy, and Arturo were so wonderful and made the trip so fun and informational. Highly recommend this tour.

visit to Tulum - The visit to Tulum was an incredible experience, Mauricio's explanation helped me remember the story of our Mayan ancestors, the team's attention was very good Blanca's good coordination helped me have a safe tour, Alex the driver took us to the places with indicator for sure, Mr. Moo's explanation and attention was very good.

Turtles, Cenotes, and Traditional Mexican cuisine - This tour was AMAZING. Our tour guide Chepe (José), was so knowledgeable and funny. The van was very nice, and our driver was amazing as well!
Snorkeling with the turtles was so fantastic. We got to see them up close and took so many pictures of turtles and fish. The only downside to this was that you HAD to wear a lifejacket while swimming, which I was not used to. But that didn't take away from this excursion at all.
The cenotes to me were the true highlight of this excursion though. The closed Cenote was so beautiful, and the water was cool and clear. There were only 6 of us on the excursion, and we were the only people there. There were bats flying around our head, and Chepe kept making bat noises which they responded to.
After this we went to the semi-open Cenote which was set up more like a tourist spot with picture areas, etc. We had lunch while there which is some of the best Mexican food I've ever had, and the staff was so great.
We took part in a curandero ritual, got to try some handmade chocolate two ways, and some local honey, which I ended up buying some to take home.
Honestly, I would recommend this tour to ANYONE who asks, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Amazing day! - It was definitely the best tour we had during our cruise week! José Ribeiro was a quite special guide, showed us his passion for nature and history and helped us during the whole tour. We stopped on Tortuga beach during the morning and after that, we went to see two beautiful cenotes and in the end of the tour we had a delicious mexican lunch. It was an amazing day, great experience, which we definitely recommend!

Good views prepare for no AC and bring water - The views were good. It was a very hot day, which was expected. We were given one water bottle after Tulum which is just straight in the sun. Then went to cenotes and we weren’t allowed to bring any water in. We were not told we were going to stop at playa del Carmen but ended being our favorite spot to stop for food.
Being the hot day it was the A/C was not working on the back part of the bus and no room to move up. We were miserable on the drives and they ran over an hour on some of the drives. It made the day hard because we never got the chance to cool down.
We liked our guides and would recommend Susanna and maybe Martin?
