Highly recommend this tour - Rodrigo and Eder were amazing as driver and guides. We really enjoyed the whole experience. The Tulum ruins and the cenote are a must see, and the food included was delicious. Finally, the swimming with turtles experience was great fun, and we got to see many turtles and rays. Would definitely recommend this experience.

An amazing tour! - It was an amazing experience! Tulum was very hot and humid but definitely worth it. Very authentic and well kept. We enjoyed it even more than Coba or Chichen Itza. Wonderful temples with sea view. The Dos Ojos Cenote was also a great activity. The water was rather cold but very refreshing. The cave just leaves you in awe. It’s totally impressive! Lunch was simple but very authentic and tasty. The ultimate highlight of the day was the snorkeling activity with the turtles. We didn’t think we would see so many and so close! Our guide Ezekiel was great! He was very friendly and funny. He was helpful and gave a lot of information about the different activities and the timeline of the tour. We did several tours on our holiday in Playa del Carmen (Isla Mujeres, Chichen Itza, etc) but this one was our favourite! We absolutely recommend this tour!

Fine tour for the price, however, other better snorkeling and historical experiences available - The day included 3 main activities. The ride to Tulum was about 45-50 minutes from our hotel however we spent the first 45 minutes or so picking up the other passengers so about 1.5H in the car on the way to Tulum. We were glad to have a tour that came to our hotel to pick us up. The ride did not include any history about the Mayan culture or about the area. Upon arrival we had a nice visit in the old city of Tulum and learned some about the Mayan culture and history led by our guide, Izekiel. At times he seemed frustrated with the pace of the group, consistently reminding people to hurry up. We then drove 45 minutes to a beautiful cenote where we did a brief swim through a cave cenote (30-45 minutes). This was especially beautiful and unique. I enjoyed this activity the most. They provided life jackets which was comfortable to allow for easier swimming in the cave cenote. We then drove 30-45 minutes to have a short lunch on our way to snorkeling. The lunch was fine and had a variety of options to choose from including a vegetarian option. The drive to the snorkeling was about 10 minutes. We finished snorkeling with the turtles. We saw about 5. There are no coral at this site and very limited fish. If you’re looking for a more robust snorkeling experience I recommend one of the coral reefs which can include sea turtles as well. The site we went to was very crowded and it seemed the turtles were crowded by people when we did find one. I had concerns that this site wasn’t doing their best to preserve the natural wildlife. The snorkeling site does not provide fins (we didn’t need them) but does provide masks and snorkels. I felt snorkeling at the mesoamerican reef in Puerto Morelos had much more robust wildlife, less crowds of tourists and we saw 3 sea turtles there as well. Overall, I wouldn’t go on this tour again.
