Great experience with the wild tour - We did the wild tour with Imelda as a guide and Patrizio as photographer. They were awesome going into the cave with us. The tour starts with biking then two hours in the cave. We saw a few fishes, shrimps and bats. The cave is huge with about 50kms, our tour was 3km but in the end quite physical, you crawl, you swim, you climb a bit. In short was a great experience!

Wonderful - This was a beautiful tour, my 15 year old son even enjoyed it! Fernando was an awesome guide, he seemed passionate and knowledgeable about the caves and teaching. Definitely recommend using the wet suit.

Amazing experience, must try! - Absolute loved the tour! There were 6-7 cenotes and we were guided through Enchante. Our guide, Oscar, was fabulous and knowledgable. He really respected the reserve and loves to share knowledge about it. Helmets w/lamps, life jacket and wetsuit(optional) were provided. I highly recommend the wetsuit because the waters in the cave were cold. Lockers with locks was also onsite to store your change of clothes and valuables. Dont bring your cameras! As you are not allowed to bring them inside the cenote! They do have a dedicated photographer to take pictures but the pricing is quite outrageous in my opinion. 1 photo was 30usd! And some of the packages were 120usd and up! The groups were small, about 9 people per group. Lunch was a buffet and had limited options but the food was good nonetheless! Make sure to check out a baby alligator they had by the restaurant! Overall, i would definitely come back and book a package that includes biking and ziplining!

Rio Secreto Cave - The recent cave expedition was truly remarkable. Our guide, Ms. Gala Rivera, demonstrated exceptional expertise by providing comprehensive information about the cave's formation and history. Additionally, we were accompanied by a professional photographer who captured excellent photographs of our group. Overall, it was an exceptional experience shared with colleagues and family members. I highly recommend visiting the Rio Secreto Cave for an unforgettable adventure.

awesome experience, highly recommend! - this was awesome - definitely recommend. Naomi was our tour guide and she was great - super engaging and kept it light and fun while also teaching us a lot about the caves, history, and surrounding culture. if you can add the lunch option, the food was delicious! they will pick you up from your resort and take you back, so if you can make it happen it’s definitely worth the price!

Don't miss this tour/adventure! It is very unique and unforgettable. - The deluxe "Wild" tour was absolutely amazing! The bike ride through the jungle and into the cave was spectacular. Then, the time in the river with snorkeling gear and helmets/headlamps - we will never forget it. Our guide and photographer were top notch.

Mind blowing experience - Real deal 60 foot caves. Miguel was a great guide. Extremely knowledgeable, safety conscious, and made the tour so much fun. Small groups. Mind blowing caves. Process of Accessing one’s photos afterwards should be improved. But don’t miss this.

THE BEAUTIFUL CAVES DON'T - At the entrance we wanted to pay with USD 100 and the girls who sold the ticket did not want to turn us back saying that there was a lot in Pesos that we had to return, anything, when I told him that we were leaving if he did not return us just there he agreed. The Gaby guide in the caves was excellent, the visit itself and the caves are spectacular, very worth it, beautiful the Alegria tour. It's a scam that you're charged for photos since they won't let you carry your camera. USD 30 1 digital photo and USD 120 all the photos you take, it doesn't make sense that price. What is offered at lunch is very ugly, leaves much to be desired, for the same money they could put richer food. In conclusion the visit is cute to the caves, everything else leaves enough to be desired

Unorganised by the tour - We were part of the cruise excursion on Msc . We were taken from the port by ferry to playa del Carmen. Then short drive to the rio secreto. Marcio our cave Guide was knowledgeable and always ensuring everyone was safe . Really enjoyed this. But on the way back I was very disappointed hence the 1 star. It was 4pm and we had 1 hour and half to get back on the cruise ship. Our guide on this Oscar said we had no time to look at any souvenir shops!! I understand if this was so! However were line up waiting for the ferry for another 20 minutes! Then sat in the ferry for another 35 minutes!! This is unacceptable and unorganised!! They should have known when the ferry was due to go. They seem to have rushed us to hand over to the cave and rush us back again!!! I was very very disappointed that I had no souvenir to bring home to my kids. Seriously need to look at this schedule guys!! We were back in time for the ship but just wasted 1 hour nearly sitting around waiting!! MSC NEED TO LOOK AT THIS TIMINGS WITH THE COMPANY DOINB YHE EXCURSION I WATCH THE OTHER PASSENGERS COME BACK ON THE FERRY WITH SOUVENIR BAGS M ADE ME EVEN MORR UPSET!
