We had a great time. We... - We had a great time. We would have preferred less time at the jewelry store. It was interesting but we needed more time on 5th and the beach. Overall, we don't regret it but next time, we will definitely find something more flexible.

La Serena and Coquimbo Beach Tour - It is a highly recommended tour, especially if you are in the area for the first time, the attention of the agency @MulleryKongTravel and dedication are the best, highly recommended!!!

Skip the jewelry store and just go right to Playa del Carmen, spend more time explore. - The trip to the jewelry store was okay but they pressure you into buying. The tequila tasting was good , great flavours and we did purchase some to take home. Was not overly impressed with 5th ave , all the same stores and pushy salespeople. We had about 2 hours there to shop , very touristy but we did enjoy a cold drink and nachos.

I only did it once - Nice to go and see but you get hounded by traders every ten feet saying they remember you because they are also your waiter at your resort and they have everything you need in their shop including good weed which they can show you inside. Only did half of fifth avenue before it became boring and annoying so got a Taxi back to the resort.

Good value for the money. - I liked the part where they took us to 5th Ave shopping area. I would have preferred not to go to the jewelry store or Tequila tasting.

Sunwing Free Shopping Tour to Playa del Carmen - Free tour offered through Sunwing. We were told that we would be going to a tequila tasting and a silver factory and then have 2 hours of free time in Playa del Carmen. The tequila and silver store were much further past Playa del Carmen than anticipated and not in shopping area. The stores are right beside each other. At first it was fun trying the different types of tequilas. Just a 1/2 tsp of each flavour. The tequila seemed pricey so didn’t buy any. After everyone in our group finished buying and looking around we waited for our guide to take us to the silver place and waited and waited. Finally someone came and walked our group over to the silver place which basically was a large jewelry store. I trusted Sunwing so I did buy a pair of earrings. After everyone in the group finished buying we waited for our van to come pick us up and take us to Playa del Carmen and we waited and waited and waited. Our tour started at noon and after 4 pm a van finally showed up to take us back to Playa del Carmen. Because of the location you can’t hail a taxi easily or walk back. We did get our 2 hours on 5th Ave to buy our souvenirs and get a bite to eat. Everyone was at the meeting point on time under a little shelter (as it now was raining) and waited and waited. The parking lot attendant was locking the gate so we made our way back to the street and found our shuttle back and were dropped off at our different hotels along the way. After returning to the hotel I read some bad reviews about the jewelry store. I didn’t get anything authenticating the gem stones so I am wondering if I got conned and over paid. If you value your time just get a taxi to Playa del Carmen and if you do go on this tour buyer beware.

Beware of scam - Beware of scam. As you walk the shops, on Fifth Avenue, they will approach you saying “I am your hotel waiter” and lure you into a shop. If you purchase with a credit card, they will say the charge will be in pesos, yet you are charged in USD. I confirmed with my credit card company and approached the merchant. He put a call into his bank, but for all I know, he was speaking to his girlfriend. Cash is best IMO, just have product in hand.

Excursions in Riviera Maya - Hello, for various reasons of delays, we arrived so tired at the hotel, from where these characters were picking us up, we preferred, pay a little more,, not much. And instead of taking Civitatis, if we did the count, and we'd rather it was all from the hotel. So the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya, how the rental company excursions were in cahoots or is that they work like this. You arrive at the hotel at night and super tired. In the morning, in our case Carlos May arrived and together with us sold more people excursions. Everything went well. To pay you have no problem. Until, my husband's cell phone fell between the third right window seat and the bus. He fell when the guide said to tip and we got up. The bus still had to go an hour and a half to Cancun. Yeah, it's true that they told us they picked up our property, we did and we didn't see anything. When I get off the bus, my husband realizes he doesn't have a cell phone. We didn't have the guide's cell phone or the bus, but we did have Carlos May, who sold us the trip. When he answered us still the cell phone by geolocation was on the bus... Even 13 hours later, when the battery ran out, I was at that company's bus station. No, no one helped us, not from the hotel, not from that company, sent us to my mobile a video that is laughing, you see looking for the mobile, anywhere, except that. That's why I promised that I'm going to give Carlos May the names of the challenge of people on the tour. Chofer Rodolfo. Fernando The Bat Guide. Assistant Guide Nancy yyyyyy as I said Carlos May merely reported, knowing the problem q we had pq was not only the tfno q was two months old but q we had all the travel data
