Fantastic day - Absolutely fabulous experience, zip lining through the jungle is amazing and the cenote is something you can't experience anywhere else. At no point did I feel unsafe and despite the site being busy it was very well organised and we were introduced to our guides and handed over at each step. Lunch was delicious. Tulum was stunningly beautiful. A couple of watchouts though.... It's hot and humid in the jungle, and Tulum has very little shade so prepare for the heat. Also the description states "towels" included....they weren't, but with the heat we soon dried as we ate lunch after the cenote.

Tulum Cenotes and Zipline Experience. - This is an amazing tour. You get picked up from your hotel by your guide. Our Gide was Miguel. We first went to Tulum. Miguel's knowledge of Tulum and the Maya was amazing. While at Tulum, Miguel gave an amazing history of Tulum, the Mayas, and the Yucatán peninsula. He continued to answer questions regarding the Mayas after we left Tulum. The view from Tulum was incredible. The architecture was neat to see. It was interesting to learn that the Mayas built their buildings in correspondence with the sun and the seasons. After Tulum we went to a zipline course. Before the ziplines you meet with a Maya shaman who performs a blessing ritual on your group. We did 5 ziplines with one ending in a cenotes. The ziplines were very safe and you are doubly secured to the lines. I felt safe having my 9 year old go on the course. You also have the opportunity to rappel ~50 feet into a cenote. This was also done safely. You have a chance to swim in two different cenotes. One of the snorkeling/swimming cenotes is done with flashlights through a small cave system. This could be someone scary for someone who is claustrophobic; however, for the adventurous is awesome. We were able to see multiple freshwater fish and discuss how the cave/cenotes system developed over time. After the adventure is over you get to eat a meal that is prepared for you by the local Maya. The fresh corn tortillas (they make them in front of you) chicken tacos were amazing. It was my family's favorite meal of our trip. The pictures they take of you, which cost extra, are very well done. I would recommending spending the money at the end of the excursion to purchase the pictures.

Good but disappointed - We had a great time on this tour, however felt it was a little disjointed and not quite as advertised. In the write up description when booking I was expecting the trip to Tullum first, followed by zip line then a ‘Mayan lunch’ and rappelling into a cenote to finish. What we actually got was starting with zip lining, followed by cenote swim and lunch in a sort of outdoor canteen at the centre where the zip line activity was and then we went off to Tullum. There was no Mayan lunch nor rappelling! So although we did have a great time enjoying everything we did, I felt a bit short changed! The guide acknowledged that we did not get chance to do the rappelling, this was due to the rest of our group doing the atv instead of zip line and so we were out of sinc and did not have time to do the rappelling. I have no idea what happened to the Mayan lunch but we were not offered any refunds or compensation and so feel it was slightly over priced for what we got.

No accommodations or refund - The beginning of our trip was going well our driver Juan Pablo drove amazing and Jens was very knowledgeable including our tour guide to Tulum ruins Raul was great! But that was about it i had called prior to purchasing regarding accommodations due to weight limit, they verbalized and agreed to accommodate the zip-lines and repelling rope which they did not and even stated they were short handed and my brother in law would have to walk to meet us at the cenotes we asked for a refund for his ticket, they refused. Our trip stopped there and no activities were done

Misleading tittle and pictures on Viator - This tour has over 200 good reviews of people that probably was never in a cenote before or this was the first activity they did in Cancun, Tulum or playa del Carmen! But since I been lucky enough to have prior experiences in different cenotes and experience doing different activities in that area, by far this one is disappointing and over priced! Let me start with setting up the meeting point even thou I thought I was going to be picked up as the description of the activity stated, well I had to email, send WhatsApp messages and call 2 days prior because I didn’t know what was happening, finally someone replied with a meeting point that I drove too. It was a supermarket, I asked the tour driver if I had to pay for parking he told me “no” guess what, I paid for parking! I was picked up at 7:20am sharp as said, we went to pick other 6 people from a hotel in the way and we got to the place a little before 8:00 am then they split us telling me that we can chose between Ziplining or ATVs, I like Ziplining so I stayed with one of the reasons why I pick this tour, the tour guide then told us that we were to early and we needed to wait for more people to come, that’s fine but at 9:30 am started raining very hard and that’s when they wanted us to go up on the Zip-lines after one and a half hours of waiting time when it rains that’s when they are ready? No, sorry but I want to open my eyes to see I don’t want the rain on my face and my jean shorts wet either! The guide tells me what do you want to see? Excuse me? What type of question was that? The view of course I am not paying to drop from a line blind! I knew it was going to pass the rain because it was not on the forecast it was probably a cloud it came out of nowhere and it poured! So I told them I waited for you now you wait until I am ready! When the rain was over around 10:00 am I went to the zip lines! That was fun and worth the wait, the rest is a waste of your time! You can probably get to this place by yourself and do only the zip-lines but there are plenty other zip-lines in the area. The cenote… well like I said I have done others and I have never being in and out so quick from any cenote before! It was 15 mins! Cenotes are a natures wonder they are beautiful but it is nice when you actually spend the time going through chambers and learning about them for a while not in and out! Snorkeling? Usually the tour guide will snorkel with you and tell you what to look for here they give you the mask and you do what you want if you want not even an explanation if you didn’t snorkel before “good luck!” Not worth it! They advertise towels no towels bring your own towels! Look for other cenotes to visit not this one! Also I sign up here because I saw pictures of a cenote with long stringy vegetation that I never saw misleading like I said before! I saw a picture of people on a rope going down a cenote never saw that either! Or did the activity! Then the buffet style food is tortillas, rice, beans and rotisserie chicken! With a vegetable bar! Once again I have done other activities with food this by far was the cheapest set up I saw! I hope you like chicken that’s all they have! Then to finalize the Tulum ruins… at that point I was done with the unorganized place tons of people and misleading upsetting package I purchase so I asked to be dropped if at my rental car location which they agree to do after they got me signing that I won’t ask for any refunds! I already did the ruins before with a real nice tour guide not through this people and I am glad I didn’t after reading some reviews I would have lost it! My recommendation is skip this package go somewhere else!
