Do this! You won't have a single regret. - The class, atmosphere, and Coty were perfect! The location is easy to find via a cab, and a short ride away from downtown Playa del Carmen, so no worries there. It was great to meet other people on vacation and the class was very well paced, thoughtful and informative. I especially appreciated the extra tips and tricks and take home recipes. Also, I am a sucker for a real educational lesson. I will never cut cilantro the way I used to before. Take this class, you won't regret it!

Second time around! - Second time around, Chef Coty is a real professional and super happy all the time, making you enjoy the activity from beginning to the end! Her explanation of the ingredients and their combination was so helpful and very important too! Chef is so passionate about Mexican cuisine, and knowledgeable about cooking, and is a great teacher as well. My sister and I really enjoyed getting to know more about chef Coty, and learning from her. So impressed by the meal we made! Green Pipian with Chicken on a black bean mirror served with rice and fried plantains. The little extra Tequila and Mezcal history and tasting at the end of the class was an added bonus. 🇲🇽 Highly recommend 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be back for a third , fourth, etc.

Cook, learn, savor in stylish kitchen classroom - One of the best meals and best cooking class experiences I have ever had. Chef Coty is an excellent teacher and communicator. She is very knowledgeable and insightful. The way she thinks about how the tastes, textures, colors, and smells of the ingredients is very inspiring. The menu and ingredients change with every class and every season. Among the things we made were a tortilla soup and a shrimp-stuffed chile relleno. These were absolutely the best I've ever had. We also made a great flambe dessert and learned about tequila, mescal, bacanora, and pulque. I will take her class again the next time I return to Riviera Maya.

cancellation and/or modification of services / refusal to refund - After cancellations of private lessons and/or private lessons transformed (at their initiative, it is important to note) into group lessons, I asked for a revision of the total cost (in accordance with their rates) and/or refund of uninsured services = after many reminders, I was told that in the end, it was the same price!!!...and refusal to refund anything and without any compensation. = I therefore denounce this abhorrent and regrettable attitude of the management. On the other hand, he notes that the monitors were very pro and friendly.
