- For security reasons, it is not allowed to use the cell phone or any other electronic device during the activities, only the use of GoPro attached to our helmets and Chesty supports is allowed, which are subject to availability.

- Tour duration and activities may vary based on weather conditions and other factors.

Great fun! Great value! - This was a really good tour for the value. Even considering the $60 extra that you have to pay per couple when you arrive it was still well worth it for everything you get! I read some bad reviews and I think those people are just way too critical. The food was fine and everything was great.

SO MUCH FUN! - We were able to do so much activities within a span of time, none of which felt rushed or disorganized. The horses look extremely well taken care of and the trail was not dirty as compared to other trails I've been to in the past. The zipline was so much fun, super informative and the workers were extremely respectful, especially when it came to helping my group of girls with the harness and safety lines. ATV was also so much fun, when we went it hadn't rained yet so it was super dusty but a lot of fun. Overall, my friends and I agreed we were definitely going to do this again if we came back. The only negative was that we had to wait a while for the driver to come get us after our group was finished with our activity, unsure if this is because they outsource transportation to a 3rd party but it was a bit of a wait. Nonetheless, definitely recommend!

Fun Experience! - The trip was so fun! We chose the pick up at hotel option and were contacted via email like a day ahead of time as to when they were gonna pick us up. Resort staff was very attentive and guided us in the activities. Food was good 👍 atv ride was a bit bumpy make sure u dress comfortable for the activities overall great day at amazing park

Amazing staff .. amazing day - Staff was awesome and we enjoyed all the activities. They even sang happy birthday to my son which made the day even more special. I would have given 5 stars but we felt a little rushed in the cenote... was a great addition to our vacation I would highly recommend

Fun! - The staff are very kind and accommodating. The length of each activity is pretty short and it might feel a bit rushed, but it's to be expected when you are doing 4 activities in a short time. It was fun. I wouldn't necessarily do it again when I come back since Cancun has so much to offer, but I would recommend it an I'm glad we did it.

Held hours after to try and sell you a file of photos - The ATV horseback riding and the zip lines were fun. It’s just they don’t let you have your phones and you have to pay them $5 to put your stuff in a locker. The Kicker is they hold you up to 130-2 hrs after your done trying to get you to buy pictures at a extremely high price so if you want to capsure any family moments your gonna have to pay $35 for each person. In your party and you can’t leave until they have tried to sell to everyone than came in the van with you

ATV Adventure - The photos were so expensive and when it comes to get it you would have to wait in queue for hours and eventually you get there and they tryna rob you by showing you more videos than photos and make you pay extra for the videos.
Also, there is conservation fee that is $25 usd per person. Food was not good at all, if you’re charging alot should serve good food too.
After all, for giving you ‘best’ service they will ask for TIP which they don’t deserve.
I want to mention that, If you’re going make your mind for all this, otherwise you won’t be happy with their service.
Though the activities were alright.

NOT worth it overall - Not the best experience AT ALL! Literally an extra cost for EVERYTHING from the time you arrive and they get upset when you question the price. They make you pay to enter although you already have a ticket then make you pay for a locker (that you don’t want) to put your phone away to stop you from taking photos. Only to try selling you your photos OR a video at $75 for one or the other. The “tequila tasting” isn’t a tasting at all, they allow you to taste a small amount (maybe a quarter of a shot) from 2 different bottles (out of maybe 10 options) then they try pressure you to purchase these bottles. They ranged from $75-$200 each.
Food was also disgusting (chicken fajitas that were mainly peppers and beans) and they make you drive extremely slow on ATVs. Not worth the money and not worth spending an extra $200 when you arrive.
Let’s not get on the fact they hound for tips throughout…

Disappointing and Unsafe – Please Read Before Booking - Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences of our trip. The ATV I was assigned kept cutting off multiple times before we even began the tour. I informed the staff, and they checked and restarted it several times, assuring me it was fine. However, during the ride, the ATV cut off again, causing my partner and me to crash.
Instead of taking responsibility for what was clearly a faulty vehicle, the staff blamed me and demanded I pay $100 for a broken plastic part. The owner claimed the ATV was “new,” yet it could barely stay on – which simply didn’t add up.
To make matters worse, they never offered insurance or mentioned the option beforehand. Additionally, we were hit with a surprise $25 per person “conservation fee” after we had already booked, which was never communicated upfront.
What’s even more concerning is that we later learned another traveler had a nearly identical experience with this excursion a few years ago.
Please do your research and proceed with caution. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we did.
