Great activities. Lots of tips below. - Pick-up was smooth . Bright colored vans helped for identification. Communication prior to our event was clear and professional. There is a sales upgrade pitch upon arrival. 50ish pp. 6 instead of 3 zip lines and 2xs longer atv. Unlimited tacos, water, alcohol. Private changing area and lockers included. Smaller group for cenote and all other activities. We upgraded....was it worth it? Maybe Cons: we didn't see the size of the other groups, so I'm not sure if ours was smaller or not. They only had Coca-Cola (not even light) for little kids who had to pay the upgrade....It was not worth that....and we didn't drink alcohol. So that was not good. The transfers..pick up spot was clear and van easy to spot bc it has animal print. The driver was great. But we were an hour going and almost 2 at drop off bc they had to make other stops as well. But that is the nature of the beast, I guess. Pros The organization was incredible. Smooth fast check-in, all events operated as a well-oiled machine. Activities were fun, safe, and moved rapidly. No backup in lines. Tour operators were professional fun and knew were safely is required. At the end, another sales pitch for pictures. They are VERY good pictures. It's p/p in your group. We got 143 pictures of our party of 6 for about 150 usd. They transfer to your phone immediately. THAT upgrade is definitely worth it since you could never get those yourself and can not safely take a phone or camera on the activities. Lalo and his crew were fantastic!! TIP A previous review said to wear leggings. VERY good tip. In the ATV, when you race through water, it spits back out of the engine at ankles and even thighs HOT. My husband got scalded on his ankle and calf. Red for an hour after, not long-lasting but uncomfortable at the time. Overall...DO it!

THE EXPERIENCE 2024 - The experience was amazing!!! From start to finish everything was FUN!!! If possible get Raul and his crew as your guides. If you don’t like getting dirty this isn’t for you, but the mud washes off easily. Also, for the ATV I’d recommend wearing workout pants because when you drive in the water it will burn your legs. Come ready to try new things, listen to music, drink drink drink, and party with strangers!!! Definitely will be booking again.

It should take a while... - The day started badly. We were supposed to be picked up at 7:40 in the morning, but the van arrived 40 minutes late... The driver didn't even apologize, in fact. He didn't say anything the whole way. Once we arrived on location we had a nice day. It all went on in a hurry, but it was well arranged. The activities were fun and the tequila tasting was very tasty. The same driver on the way back who was apparently still cranky. I don't think I'm going to book something with this organization again, unfortunately.

Atv disappointment - Everything was great except for the arc part was very disappointed thought there would actually be a trail to ride other than driving back and forth on basically a very rough dirt road. Also the atvs are in very rough shape

Okay but with Flaws - The activities seemed rushed: time at the cenote couldn't have been even a 1/2 hour. Alos, you feel hustled from the moment you arrive; a pitch to "upgrade" to a better experience, purchase an array of photos for $75, etc. That said, the staff was welcoming and accommodating and proved to be an asset.

This experience is for... - This experience is for kids. Was very rushed. First time Zip Lining and felt like I was at a two year olds play ground! ATV’s. If your in a group that’s slow because of safety you have to stay behind the person allowing you to have no fun.

To flee - Catastrophic day, to flee!!!! First the bus arrives 1 hour late, then arrived on the spot a crazy world, hangs it all to the tail, it’s chain .. no freedom, the quad don’t talk about it (false photos) no mud, all in line on quads in ruins. And the end meal (fees apply), everyone asks for tips on top of that. Phone not allowed, it will take 20 dollars per photo, taken by the photographer. The Cenote is beautiful, but again it’s chained. (30min on site) To flee

Pick another one - Not a good experience. The steam from the ATV engine gave my wife second and third degree burns on her leg. The company tries to upsell everything. It's too much. The cenote was pretty but overall it's not worth it. The company restricts you having phones or GoPros for "safety reasons" but then tries to sell you photo packages that are outrageously expensive. They also hold you hostage afterwards making you watch a culture show so you but more food/drinks and tip more. The zippiness are very short, although they do let you go upside down on the third one. The ATVs are just out and back a few times on one road, in a line that is slow and controlled. Very disappointing use of time.
