Shocking to know the cenotes and the Lagoon with an explanation so well done with Eckinox Tours and Montse, your guide - It was an amazing experience, very complete thanks to the guide that led us. Montserrath de la agencia Ekinox Tours. I recommend it 100% It was amazing everything we learned thanks to its explanations of the meaning of the names of the places we visited. The making of cocoa, the Mayan Ceremony, the obtaining of honey. Cenotes. She explained everything very well, a warm treatment and clearing doubts even from other places that we were interested in knowing later. My family and friends I have highly recommended that Tour Agency, as the staff very well unlike another guide we had in Merida who cut us and only cared about foreigners. Montse is a King of Tourist Guides for me.
My husband and I plan to return at the end of the year and seek the services of that Agency and ask if we can be assigned as a guide to Do. Clean and punctual transportation.

Beautiful! - Great experience. The Kann Luum lagoon was beautiful, super clear water, friendly fishes, tons of beautiful photo opportunities. The cenotes were also great, also crystal-clear, cool water. The cave cenote was my favorite; small but beautiful, a really unique spot to swim! There were even little bats in the cave! (They were quite small and not at all worrying) The tour picked me up in Tulum at the meeting spot, right on time. That pickup spot worked well, since there was not a long drive to either location, and a later pickup time (confirmed with the company via messaging in the Viator app). Overall, easy, fun, and a beautiful experience!

A unique experience, thanks to José - The tour was amazing, but what really made it special was our guide, José Rivero. He showed us beautiful places and shared with us his knowledge about the nature of Holbox. His dedication made every moment magical. Highly recommended!

Super recommended! - Transportation was excellent, well punctual, comfortable and good air conditioning. The very good and professional driver.
The guides Fernando and Rafael were very attentive and explained everything very clearly from the beginning. Those cenotes and the lagoon are spectacular, not many people go to visit them because they are not so popular in this area.
The food was on another level, authentic Mexican with many options to choose chicken, pork, meat, fish, soup etc.

exceptional experience - The Kaan Luum tour was an exceptional experience. The guide demonstrated deep knowledge and attention to detail. The landscapes we witnessed were spectacular, and the atmosphere of the place left a lasting impression on us. Totally recommended for those looking for a unique experience in nature.

Marvelous - Everything is beautiful, the lagoon is very uncrowded and the cenotes are incredible. The food was good and the best part of the tour was the attention of the guide Carolina. 10 out of 10

Lagoon and Cenotes!!! - We had the excursion with Jorge (driver) and Carolina (guide), beyond the beauty of the Lagoon and the Cenotes, the treatment received is worth highlighting!!! Thank you very much for making us have a spectacular day!!!

The worst excursion experience - Avoid this trip from the hotel zone. we were on the bus 2 hours picking up people then transfered to a van packed full for another 2 hours to the 1st location with 0 restrooms available. We spent a total of 6 hrs on the transportation. The tour guide was terrible unorganized everyone wondering off in every direction. We were late Leaving every location due to the bad organization and guide. I'd look at a different company for sure.
