A magical day ⭐️‐️‐️‐️‐️ - Magical moments lived with Clement our guide. We were very touched by what we went through. An immersion in Mayan culture, the secret cenote in the jungle and my apprehension for electric bikes flying away. I would just like to buy the same one! My best day so far. Thanks to you. Organization at the top I will recommend without hesitation

I highly recommend this agency and its excursions that will make you forget the (icy) daily life of France 🤣 at the moment Thanks again! Enjoy!

Fantastic! Early in the morning to avoid crowds, heat, small group and French. Well planned, well orga - Fantastic! Early in the morning to avoid crowds, heat, small group and French. Well planned, well organized, their site indicates what we will do, what is included or not in the price, what I need for the activity. What better way! I enjoyed this company so much that I took 3 different trips with them this week. I recommend.

Jungle excursion on Maya land - We made the ecological excursion by electric bike in Mayan soil. We spent a pleasant time in the jungle. We were able to eat at Marguerite’s in the village Maya, where we feasted! We were also able to distribute some sweets to the children of the village and we could observe lots of smiles from the stars in their eyes! Then we headed to a cenote (a quiet and peaceful place, sheltered from the crowds) to cool off before heading back to the city center where we could taste local juice/coconut before returning to the agency. Special mention to our guides Clement and Valentine who brought us information at each key moment of the excursion as well as answer all our questions. Thank you, and your agency for your kindness and generosity. Seb & Camille

Discover the city and the jungle differently! - A discovery of the city and jungle by electric bike. All crowned by the discovery of a magnificent cenote in the middle of the jungle. A beautiful place still preserved from the tourist influx! Thank you Yannick for this ride and your nice ponchos! We've kiffed!

A WONDERFUL COFFEE - We had the chance to start in the rain. Big game of laughter at the threading of ponchos. Discovery of the city arrived in the jungle under the sun then descend to the senote ... Time stops and Yannick does not hurry us, beautiful sun comes to say hello for the photos and for the unforgettable.... Of course we had to go back and we stopped in town for another discovery but I leave you the surprise... So yes it has but we laughed so much was dazzled.... Finally you do what you want.... Biz Yannick and thank you for the coffee (private joke)

Cenote Secret in the forest - An electric bike ride that allows us to visit a small part of Playa del Carmen, then we took a trail surrounded by nature where a multitude of butterflies fly. Then we arrive on a beautiful cenote just for us in the middle of the rainforest where we took a refreshing bath, all in a good mood as at every outing with Yannick. Yannick takes care of making the photos and videos of the excursion he sent us for free. I recommend this excursion.

Discrimination? - The excursion probably was amazing. We arrived at 7:20 a.m. but we were told we could not go because it was for French only. I never found an email on TripAdvisor or personal email that he said he sent 3 days prior. My wife was disappointed and had tears. He said she had bad attitude. There was no logistical reason we could not go. My wife is originally from Canada and knew some French and I am deaf so it doesn’t matter about there being a language barrier. It still would have been fun…ride, swim, come back. It ruined our last day here as it was too late to book another excursion. If we started a business down here for Americans only, how well received do you that would be? I heard the French don’t like Americans, and that was apparent by the glares. We are kind Americans and didn’t deserve this. I guess the rest spoiled it. Anyway, the guy blamed TripAdvisor for part of this problem. Based on experience, I am done with third party booking companies. We always have difficulties once we get to where we are going.
