Great water park with fun for the whole family. - This was our second time at Jungala and, like the first time, it didn’t disappoint. The water was great and the park wasn’t overcrowded. Food was tasty and service was prompt. Our only complaint was that getting into the park, even with tickets pre-purchased through TripAdvisor, required standing in line for 30-40 minutes for everyone to be processed.

Beautiful place and beautiful experience! Want to go again. - It was our first time and we loved it! Only wished we would’ve arrived closer to the opening of the park, we arrived close to noon and felt like they went by fast since they close at 5:00 PM. It was my wife, ours kids along with my grandma. Kids are 9 and 2. Beautiful place and easy enough for my 80 year old grandma to get around. Liked that I was able to purchase admission on Viator for a bit cheaper than directly from Jungula and had no issues redeeming voucher at box office.

Nice surprise. - It was a pleasant surprise the visit to Jungala, we did not plan the visit since on our trip we scheduled nickelodeon as an activity for the children, the comments of them was that they preferred jungle activities against the other park. Overall the park is very clean, very safe, with good care from the staff who attended us.

Full Day of Fun! - Jungala is awesome! The in-park staff is all super nice and they have everything you could possibly need for a fun water day! We spent a whole day at this water park during our recent vacation to the area. We stayed at a resort about 15 minutes from Jungala so we had our hotel arrange for car service. This was the most expensive part of the day but necessary. As others have said, you need to park or be dropped off at the Cirque du Soliel venue. It’s literally just across the freeway from the resort complex where Jungala is and the signage is very clear. I think what makes it confusing is that when you call the people at Jungala to ask about this, you get some mixed and confusing information, but this is 100% where you go, the resort property will not allow you to drive on via their main entrance. We arrived before park opening hours, around 9:30, and were originally told the tram wouldn’t start running until 9:50 but once we got to the tram area, there were a few employees there and I think they called the tram for us, so we waited for maybe 5-10 minutes after our car dropped us off. From there it was super easy, the tram just dropped off at the main entrance and we went in. I highly recommend booking a cabana. You can’t really do that in advance, we were able to call one day prior to reserve our cabana but they say you can do it upon arrival. We did the premium experience and it was great! It was two adults and a 4 year old, there was more than enough food and our butler also would get us cocktails and other things from the bar. We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday and they also decorated the cabana for her birthday and did a cake with a candle in the afternoon - nice touch! The food and drinks were very good. The park is very clean, no trash anywhere which was nice to see. The lazy river did get some leaves and such in it, but it’s a very jungle-like experience so it’s to be expected. We saw iguanas and coatis, which was also cool. There’s so much to do, you can really spend the entire day and be entertained, which is why it was really nice to have a private cabana to leave all your things and be able to come back to for breaks. Plus the cabanas have a separate, and very clean, bathroom area. If you’re looking for a day of fun outside of your hotel, I highly recommend visiting Jungala!

Just “okay” - The park is nestled away and was not overcrowded but there are limited options and slides to enjoy. We did enjoy the wave pool. The weather shut the pools down for a period of time but reopened quickly.

Excellent facilities but dismal customer service - We had a lot of fun at the water games and the kids area was very comfortable. Unfortunately we had a bad customer service experience with a Park employee who was in “drinks and popcorn”, had a lousy attitude, yelled at us to choose the children, was generally high-handed and rude. We approached to make the complaint with Miss Concierge Maria, but also did not give a solution and above all we continue with the same treatment by the employee for the rest of our stay.
