100% recommend - Absolutely brilliant show! I think tbh you only need to go once but what a fantastic show they put on! At first I was worried it would be a little tacky with all the dancers etc but they were so talented and the performance was amazing. Expect a little craziness and random stuff but to be wowed. We got the gold package which yes it's more expensive but 100% worth it in my opinion. If you got the standard package you were down on the floor which meant you couldn't see a thing, with the gold package we got an amazing view up high on the stands, unlimited drinks and seats- would definitely recommend. Probably not for all tastes but we were not disappointed and had an incredible time!

Fab night great experience - Brilliant night very well organised from the transfers to the entry. The show was outstanding and the waiters were fantastic drinks never went empty they actually brought them to us without asking. Got a brilliant deal too from Dave the official seller (at Ocean Riviera Paradise). Book direct with an official seller rather than your holiday company/rep as its a lot cheaper and they can get you good deals.

Great Evening at Coco Bongo - Went with my family and was one of the best nights of my life. The set up, the actors and the music was all captivating. We had gold member seats and would definitely recommend paying more for them. Although paying more again for the front row seats isn’t worth it in my opinion as the view is very similar. Our waiter was Jamie and he was very good and efficient always ensuring we had what we needed. The food supplied was a bit poor as we had no choice on what we got given and what we did get was cold and was an incredibly small portion (around 8 chips). I would recommend the night to anyone visiting!

The most entertaining show ever!!! - This show is the best show on the planet! Is soooo much fun to watch and you can participate if you want to. It is a production that will make you smile throughout. Tremendous energy, great themes, and great music. The staff is extremely friendly they usher you in, if they come to your table frequently and ask you if you like another drink and so what kind. When we were ready to go, and usher whose name is Jose walked us out through the busy club. He helped us get a taxi to our hotel. If you want to have a really fun night you must go to Congo bongo to see the show in playa del Carmen.

Adults X rated - Go with an open mind, What happens in CB stays in CB,if you can get though the first hour of women dancing and prancing around you will be fine. There are not as many men doing the same! The food is awful so eat before you go. If on a tour they leave around 01.30. Drinks are plentiful and premium if you pay for Gold. Lots of sexy dancing. We had a great time something you would do just the once!! Podiums, sexy cam and stripping you will see.

Good entertainment but…. - Experience at Coco bongo was great, purchased the gold member for 2 people which was quite pricy for 4 hours. However it was for my birthday so wanted to celebrate We were seated at the top so had good views, entertainment was great. We had a waiter manning our area so drinks were easy to order, food was included but we had to ask for it whereas everyone else’s food was brought out to them after. The venue take photos of the main acts when they do their rounds with guests, this is where the issue was really we got ripped off with the photos we purchased. we purchased the 1st photo no issues and the second photo we were double charged for it. however we didn’t know until we logged into our online banking the following day. We attempted to try and resolve this via our rep the next day, however no updates or resolution offered. We practically chased the rep for the remainder of our stay in Mexico. I would advise you not to buy any photos from the venue and stick to using your own camera. We tried to contact coco bongo directly, however the website has no way for us to contact the venue directly. Massively disappointed and frankly a rip off. Dishonest way to make money, and with our second purchase the person taking the photos refused to provide a receipt when requested. They refused to take payment in dollars, they stated it had to be peso’s. We had to leave coco bongo by 1.30am due to our transport pick up, so 4 hours probably isn’t long enough but our travel time was over an hour. I tipped the waiter $30 and shortly before we left he requested my niece pay $60 as the service he provided was worth $600. We refused to pay anymore, note to all visitors tipping isn’t mandatory. The price of your ticket if you get gold like us technically covers it Entertainment is good don’t get me wrong but I would strongly advise you to be careful of buying photos and at the end when tips are being expected. The venue is packed with a few steps so wouldn’t say it’s accessible

Absolutely horrible - The absolute worst experience I have ever had and I travel A LOT. I have been to multiple coco bongo locations but have never experienced the amount of rudeness or incompetence of employees as I have here. Night 1, I arrived with my tickets and ended up leaving without even attending the show because they told me my ticket didn’t include an actual seat. The website says different! Night 2, I booked with concierge at resort with an upgraded promotion to gold status. Balcony seating, first come first serve. Showed up first and was told we HAD to sit on the back row. Needless to say, I have shown my whole a$$ in Playa over this ignorance. What a shame to have this type of employees at a top tier show. I’ve completely wasted well over $850 BS.

Awful experience - Acrobatics were good. The bits in between awful. Getting girls so drunk & encouraging them to strip on stage One old bloke completely naked on “stage” Music good but unable to turn a blind eye to the “abuse”
