Horrible don’t book stay away! They are a scam and a horrible experience - Please do not book with this company ever! I’ve had the worst experience with them. Their advertisement never states a child age restriction. They allow you to purchase tickets for children without advising people that children under 6 are not allowed on a catamaran and children under 8 are not allowed to snorkel in Cozumel waters. My daughter is 5 1/2 and after arriving at the meet up point, they told us we were not gonna be allowed to board the boat due to her being under 6. They took my full payment of $498 for 3 people (me my husband and daughter) and never informed us of an age restriction. After fighting and getting approval from the Port master, they allowed us to board the ship and an hour after we were already in the water, They turn around and tell me that children under 8 are not allowed to snorkle in Cozumel waters. And a parent must stay with their child on the boat at all times during the snorkel stops. This company would not honor a refund for me and my child since we were not able to do the activity they responded letting me know that we boarded the ship and so they won’t refund the money. Then later offered to give me $50 to make up for the fact that we couldn’t do the snorkle anctivities and stated the only way they could refund me The money was through PayPal after giving them a PayPal account they never refunded any money whatsoever. They are a scam the boat of over crowded the snorkle stops are crowded and gave people less than 30 min In each spot and the all you can drink bar isn’t open till after all snorkle events are completed so you only have access to beverages for the last half of the trip. There’s only three options for drinks which are beer margaritas and a rum punch, which are all very watered down. I have been on many trips in this car is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Joluga catamaran is a Scam My advice is to avoid them at all cost. I’m putting in a claim with Viator as well as my bank.
