Wife's 50th birthday - We were told by friends who had visted coco bongo that it was a must but would not tell us about the show and said see for yourselves.well its probably the greatest show we've ever seen from start to finish its action packed.well worth the money.we bought our tickets at our hotel resort ocean royale riviera maya from one the the nicest people i met in Mexico called Oscar.He sold us our Gold vip package and it was exactly has he had explained if not better well worth the money.hes a true credit to coco bongo sorry no pics or vids as they are for us but ypu must visit

Best club experience ever!! - SO MUCH FUN!! It's such a great experience. You get the shows and in the downtime they have great music to keep you dancing. Plus with the gold member they gave us snacks which was AMAZING! The staff was fantastic and always made sure we had drinks in our hands at all times.

Magical Thursday night - Excellent night!!we entered with the gold members ticket, a spectacular night, full of laughs and good drinks, the animators gave us a show as few you can appreciate in a foreign bowling alley!

Crazy Coco Bongo - My son and I spent our last night of vacation here and it was a great way to end the week. The energy level in this place was amazing. The entertainment was fun and fast moving. We thought it was worth getting the front row section as the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

The experience was crazy and very entertaining - The experience was crazy and very entertaining. i purchased the gold member package but the seats we was given we not so great and did not have a good view which was disappointing. The staff were great though always made sure we had a drink and provided picky bits for food.

Wow, unbelievable show, great friendly staff, what a night!!!! - Wow What can I say, me and my fiancee went to the show, we paid for gold tickets and we were not disappointed, our glasses were never empty, our waiter service was a different level, Antonio was always there checking if we wanted drinks, my fiancée chopped and changed her drinks all night and nothing was too much trouble for Antonio, as soon as I finished my drink a fresh one would arrive, we had great seats looking down onto the show, and it far exceeded our expectations, we had our food no problem and all the staff were very friendly, The show!! Oh my word it had everything, Rolling Stones, Kiss, Micheal Jackson, pirates of the Caribbean and the Spartans just a few to be mentioned, beetle juice and the Mask as well, the show went on and on and was so entertaining, WELL WORTH THE MONEY. Thank you for a great night that will stay in our memories forever.

Terrible start but really good show - Transportation was arrange 2 days before event but it never turned up to take us. We were not told about any problems, only found out after chasing, the Viator tour operator wasnât any help was just told to get a taxi. We ended up getting a taxi at our expense even though this was supposed to be included. When we arrived even though we were âGold VIPâ we had to join a queue which took 25mins to get inside and then because we booked though Viator we had to join a second queue inside to get wristbandsâŠ.so you definitely donât queue jump or enter early as stated when buying this deal! After all that we didnât get inside until 10.40 and the place was packed as lots of people jumped in front of us. We did get seats but were squashed on the end of a row. After this, the evening was better. Waiter was good at bringing drinks, although very watered down. The show itself was excellent and was a good night. We got transportation on the way home but took over an hour to get to hotel although we were only about 15mins away. My advice would be to book direct with venue and then you donât have to double queue and get there early so you get decent seats.

Overrated/overpriced nightclub - Basically paid for an overrated nightclub. We got gold member tickets and we got sat under a ledge so couldnât see any of the aerial acrobats which is majority of the show. Also could see some of the stage due to ledge we were under. Shows get quite repetitive as does the dancing girls. Really had high hopes and heard good things but honestly probably the worst night we had at Mexico, entertainment was better/just as good at the hotel.
